I like Roger but I do not like Briana. I mean, the actress does not convince me at all about this character. I only accept her in my mind because she is the daughter of Claire and Jamie and the whole story behind. The actress is overacting, does not cry or is excited with fluency. In the most sensitive moments she acts like a stone with a skirt. I'm sorry for the fans of her, but I think the casting here failed.
I feel like the actress might not be the problem; it could be the director, or anyone who controls the way in which the actors are supposed to act.
