My late husband had Venus in Virgo and a man that I lived with for 3 years had Venus in Virgo. I have Venus in Pisces. My ascendant and Venus in Libra is conjunct my partner's mars, and my Mars in Aries is conjunct his Jupiter and Saturn in my 7th house. Also, my moon in Cancer is conjunct his Venus, Mercury, and North Node. My Jupiter in Capricorn is conjunct his his South Node, Neptune, and Uranus.
I feel like he is my soulmate, partner, and best friend. We just get each other and communicate easily on all levels and topics. Have this with someone. His sag mars conjuncts my sag venus; and his mars conjuncts my sag ascendant, as well. Though his mars squares my virgo moon. He's a sun leo and I'm a sun aqua. His leo's in my 8th house, lol. Not sure what to make of it.

These aspects can bring the " soulmate " energy but they are not easy aspects
This aspect is literally the divine counterpart aspect

Yes, just not as strongly. But that's the limit of the orb if influence. You feel it much stronger within 3 degrees.
