My Zero 8 handlebars slowly slide down during riding due to road vibrations, rider weight, and mere gravity. I found that tightening the bolt and folding the clamp is not enough. I don't want to tighten the bolt too much that it breaks either. I'm thinking of drilling some small hole presets on the scooter stem and somehow put a matching nut/bot or a metal pin through there. Do you sell or recommend a matching nut/bot or a metal pin to use?
I had the same problem. I cut off a small piece of a radiator hose and wrapped it around the stem. I took a hose clamp (painted it black) tightened it down and it works great!
Hi on my zero 9 , the handlebar area is rattling , i have checked all and are a tight I can get it, what else can this be?

HI! Any way to add disk break for zero 8?
What about bolts and screws that connects the stem to the board, a lot of people reporting on reddit that bolts snaps in that area, specially on 9 and whole stem with the wheel comes off while riding.
I have the same issue but on the zero 8. They have coke out and the bit that connects to the board has lifted up and I dont know what to do

remember to screw in the nut then clamp!

Need a video on replacing the foldin pin. Mine came out and get get the spring attached back to it.
