The new covenant is a ministry of the Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:8).

No more liturgy and services of worship because the New Covenant is a spiritual service of worship:
Romans 12:1
Therefore I urge you, brothers, on account of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is your spiritual service (Gk. latreia) of worship.
