    Hey Navie, I'm a big fan of your beatmaking and tutorials. As I'm not in condition of buying drumkits, do you know any free melodic one-shot drumkit for boom-bap? I've been searching for a while and can't find none, always end chopping parts from samples or using Kontakt and I'd really like to add a spice of experimentation to my beats. I'm sorry I can't allow to buy Boom Bap Box, because if I could, I'd definitely do it, I'm a high-schooler from Argentina. Greetings and thank you for reading and your amazing teaching, you're my favorite beatmaking tutorial channel.

    Cool, nice video and pack, I purchased the pack, but.... I suggest you sell the expansion (and Thvrteen Soundpack) separately. Now I only purchased the standard pack because of the extra stuff in the additional sale. I don't want to buy a masterclass, nor do I want to buy a Soundpack which I can't even preview. If you would sell the expansion for the boom bap box separately, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Just saying...

  • @boombaporiginal3359
    @boombaporiginal3359 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Surely pre packaged samples that have already been edited to give you that boom bap feel isn't very boom bap. Boom bap producers gave it the boom bap feel themselves. Now you might say that's because they had SP1200's, S900/950's, early MPC's and all the other vintage outboard gear that you need a 60,000 a year salary to buy without it denting the wallet too much these days, but you can still create that feel with DAW, VST's and new equipment. Like Pete or Lord Finesse weren't using pre packaged, pre engineered samples. Part of classic boom bap was digging for samples that's such a big part of the culture like f*****g huge, and now everyone wants shortcuts they want the sound but not the culture. I feel creators are always using sample packs because if they use samples they won't get monetised and get copywrite strikes. Just please bruv make one video of boom bap without packs. Everything from vinyl or mp3 etc. It would be sick to see as well. DO IT DO IT!
