At last... 2 slots of ram :))) intel have a little stronger processor and amd better integrated video card... For office better intel integrated and for games AMD give more fps if talk about integrated video cards

You certainly can, one thing to keep in mind is the cooling of your cpu. If you want to run games on this PC I strongly suggest you find a better CPU cooler because otherwise it's going to overheat.
