Ok I've actually WITNESSED someone code a whole website with a dark-blue background and black text, they were in my class in college (There were three different classes and we were in the Programmer department). They didn't do it to be funny either, they did it not knowing we couldn't read it, because they're colorblind to some shades of blue. So for them it was a white background, but to us it was a nightmare. The professor pointed it out and understood they didn't know the problem until it was too late, but they still had points deducted since, and I quote the assignment itself, "Be sure to have a fellow classmate test your website for full-credit". It was an assignment of understanding QA and also building websites with full functionality as a library. Since they didn't have a classmate check it at all (We were doing that because you need a case-example in class the day before) they had half-credit on the whole assignment. They NEVER did that again and actually became one of the best 3D map-makers we've ever seen (They made our entire college, plus the parking-lot, all in 3D with moving people and people who looked like us in a classroom).

"Japan" is actually named "Nippon" in Japanese, "Germany" is called "Deutschland" in German, "India" is often called "Bharat" in Hindi and so on. "America" is also only written the same in a few languages, most write it differently, often like "Amerika" but also much more different. Most of you know this for sure already, but I've seen several people recently not get this at all

Well that usualy has to do with translations contrary to what you may believe if you ask a german person to tell you the name of his country he will brobably say deutschland insted of germany because germany is an english translation of dutschland which roughly means the land of germans or something similiar As you know in germany people speak german so when they learn the name of their contry they of coure learn it in the german language not in the english language And since deutsch translated to english means german and many international documents are made in english language we usualy refer to it as germany
It really happens in any country that doesn't natively speak english for example my country in english is called slovakia but in my language we say slovensko the meaning is absolutely the same but one is said in english and the other in the slovak language that is all

Also there's only three buttons, it's pretty straightforward. Just feel for the buttons before pressing the right one, no "slapping" required.

Yeah, I think a lot of people in the US that want to be Canadian or live in Canada likely don't know all that much about Canada. For instance, I don't know the exact number, but if memory serves, sales taxes in Canada are all over 20 percent. And there's one really messed up law that passed in one of their provinces recently that medical practitioners are REQUIRED to speak to you in French, regardless of whether you or the doctor themselves are capable of actually speaking it properly, or if either of you speak any other languages, and the only way around this is if you have documentation from Canada (I think the specific kind they require is connected to their education system) that proves you don't speak French. And I know this because a pair of streamers I like moved out of the city they lived in to another providence to avoid having to deal with this mess because one of them is originally from the US so it is literally impossible for her to get this documentation that would allow doctors to communicate with her in the language she actually speaks.
