That would be a no; it sounded quite ridiculous, but that just made the sketch that much funnier to me, being a Southerner. On another note, yes, we do say "twats".
You have to venture out into the boondocks to find an accent that thick. People in cities don't talk like that. Bring it down, like, 50%, and that's more accurate. It's less a regional thing than an urban vs. rural thing. For a country girl (which I'm sure is what she was going for), she did very well. The KKK has more rural support than urban so if this area is supposed to be the birthplace then she did alright.
Is it true that you can only say Yes now ? Yes Were you anwsering me or did you just say that , cus you can only say Yes ? Yes So you can Say other things ? Yes Ha Ha Ha , That's Priceless , Thats really TV gold. Bloody Well Right Mitchell Bloody Well Right !
That lady's souther accent wasn't bad (besides her use of twat... we don't say that). She sounded like most americans trying to do a souther accent! Haha
It's pretending that German TV really has shows like that because of how we Brits view Germans. The oldest stereotype we have for German people is that they are very organised and efficient, to the point of being obsessed with statistics and deadlines, I think it stems from the imperial age and the rise of the second German empire under Bismarck. Where the likes of the French, British and Russians had strong empires the first German empire that had been inherited from the western Roman empire had disintegrated and Germans were once again a bunch of feuding city states until the mid-19th century and the Franco-Prussian wars united those states into the second empire and by 1900 Germany was the most technologically advanced nation in Europe, if not the world. Leading the way in everything from chemistry and metallurgy to automobiles and airships. They became very good at stuff very fast so we started to call them 'squares' as if the whole world is a high school and Germans are the nerds :D
I cried when he said pump gas through LIDL. So offensive yet so hilarious :P
There is probably an angle to it as an act of charity
The kill the poor thing made me piss myself laughing
"I'm infected!"

I laugh SO hard at that every single time!

Küntlich? If you add an 'S', künstlich means artificial! But that's not funny...

Gotta love Mitchell and Webb.
Just realised I'm replying to an 8 year old comment 🙃

It made me laugh cos Pippi's report got a 'U'...
whaddya mean? reports mode - an obviously intriguing and engaging way to spend time, looking at reports about things.
@marciemousey That's dedication, I didn't stay up for our elections - I just watched HIGNFY the next day. I really should care, but I don't...
Seriously watch this drunk, it helps, that's all i'm going to say
I feel like a lot of us watching this are probably drunk. Or at least would like to be
I do everything drunk.
Only slightly drunk, after just under 2 drinks
rob's and david's accents are not bavarian. they sound more like eastern german english.
Kaliber mixed with ethanol
@marciemousey So, did you have nightmares?
@sjgambrill UNLESS INFECTED.
So this is how the democrats started dressing up as pointy ghosts lol
What was the point of that German show? It made no sense and wasn't even funny in a surrealist way.
Can someone explain this Reports Mode thing to me?
