There was an old saying that every Sikh's trooper can lose their head, but it will jump up and bite you off in the neck before really died to emulate how fierce they were in battle. I emulated this before with Defensive, Economic, Offensive, Religious, Trade and Espionage. Punjab campaign was especially fun for me.
Hobyo is a releaseable nation from Ajuraan, they have generic Somali ideas (10% Infantry cost, +15% Trade steering, −20% Light ship cost, −20% Fort maintenance, +15% National manpower modifier, +10% Infantry combat ability, +10% Trade efficiency, +10% Light ship combat ability, −10% Advisor costs, +20% Land force limit modifier). They start with 4 provinces, 14 dev, and no other cores. Since Ajuraan is a theocracy, so is Hobyo, and you get the unique "somalian theocracy" T1 reform, which is nice (consorts and rm's, rulers and heirs can be generals, iqta abilities, +1% missionary strength, +5% trade efficiency, +1 monarch dip skill).
For those interested in playing Punjab more 'normally,' the best way to become the nation is to play Sirhind, overthrow Delhi, do *not* form Delhi afterwards to avoid the bad events that come up, and then you have a decision to form Punjab. Also, making this comment at the start of the video, going to be interesting seeing how Red justifies calling Punjab the most militarised nation in the game when Rajputana and Vijayanagar have strong claims to being more militarised just within India alone. Edit: Also, I'm playing a Rajputana run right now, I also had strong Timurids. Fortunately I had strong enough allies to keep me safe until the Ottomans invaded them, now I can fight the Timurids directly.
Delhi has decent mission tree so I'd take a couple of stab hits for this. What is must be done though - flip back to Punjabi primary culture the moment you annex Delhi and form it back.
@@manageberg You're entirely right, but for those going for a more casual run or don't want to go through more hassle than they need to, my suggestion is the easiest.
I doubt Delhi won that war in the beginning, Sirhind probably annexed them and then took the decision to form Delhi afterwards. It's actually the best way to start a Delhi campaign imo, to start as Sirhind, you can win that war real quick and own all the land instead of starting the game as Delhi and having to wait until 54 to annex.
Looks like Vegemite or possibly even Marmite over the UK should be contracting you for some work in the test kitchen. Marmite in the UK has a runnier texture and is slightly less salty than Vegemite but equally keeps trying to shove marmite into things and it never really works out. Maybe give them a hand haha
As Hobyo in the Horn of Africa, become a pirate nation and then get the two Suez Canal provinces. Bonus for building the Suez Canal as a pirate nation.
I think you lose stability and prestige beacause it's as if you changed government type or something like that. I remember trying to annex Teodoro as Crimea and releasing it to change the government type and the same thing happened
Probably because it’s the generic Indian reforms, and you don’t get the nobility if you’re Hindu, and you don’t get Rajputs for 90% of nations by default
Since you are an experienced player you should really stop complaining about the Indian estates and understand the region better in the game. Much love
To whoever reads this, I just want to let you know that Jesus Christ loves you so much and He died for you on the cross to forgive your sins, and rose from the dead on the 3rd day to give you eternal life! Repent of your sins and turn to Jesus Christ! Put your trust in Him and you will have eternal life! For today is the day of salvation! God loves you and wants to be in relationship with you 🙂❤️
Don't worry! Nanak died for our sins twice! Once in his fifth form being roasted alive, and once again in his ninth form via beheading. Fearing death for some cheap form of salvation or liberation afterwards is living this life on Earth is a lie! No one should live life in fear, accept death as Nanak Shah enforces the true reality of said life on this abode. God loves all!
Guys don't play War Thunder. I used to play years ago, and although I admit it is lots of fun, it is 100%v pay to win. Doesn't matter how good you are, someone can just buy a better plane to out class you. The purchased vehicles are many times better than the free vehicles. Even if you grind and unlock reward boxes, the reward never give you enough to be competitive with paid subscribers.

And unlike most of Ajuuran, they are in East Africa, not Horn of Africa.
I was wrong about that. I was confusing the provinces Kismayo with Hobyo.
Red Hawk had fun this video. Punjab guide coming soon ig.

Good to see you enjoying a campaign, Red Hawk.
Loved it
It's actually pronounced like the English word "pun", now you can get a fun job in Punjab.
I'd be down to watch a continuation of this campaign since it seems like you were enjoying it! I love playing Punjab.

Of course
As a punjabi, this is fire
Oh a fellow punjabi.
Feel like you sleep on how great aristocratic is nowadays. :)
Can we see a battle? A military nation and not a battle seen. How do these units compare to the others of the campaign?
Finally you play punjab
7:01 Stab up before you peace out. Overextension increases stab cost.
I might have missed something, why is it the most militaristic nation?
As a Punjabi this is Good
damn i tried a sirhind into punjab game yesterday and blundered hard just 20 years into the game lol

Before the trade company overhaul Punjab was right outside the standard indian trade companies. It used to be one of my favorite marches.
I wish there was missions for Punjab it is a very interesting nation

As Hobyo, since the country name’s Oyo and Hobyo are similar, reform (culture shift) to Oyo
My sugestion for this vassal of vassal situation: use the console to give all your cores to the overlord and release as a fellow vassal.
Yo hawk, are the Patiala and Corfu vids still on the line?
Yeah just on the back burner for now, Corfu is a suoer hard start, Patiala is weird to release even with the console
@BobbiusRossius Technically the EIC isn't a releasable as it appears by event
I do really wish PDX would revisit India in a future DLC. It's such a fun region but a lot of the content that's there feels undeveloped.
