Thank you so much for reaching out to me on this channel. Your questions are really appreciated. I'm not familiar with Savant WMS. If the devices don't pair it most likely is a hardware issue. I would reach out to Savant WMS to help you figure out why it won't pair and later why the labels aren't printing.

Hi Jose,
You will have to change the pin to pair it. If you've done this, then there is likely a problem with the printer. To change the pin, you will want to utilize Zebra setup utilities. Please look it up on TH-cam, there are plenty of videos.

Hello Hassan, this probably has to do either with the RW pin to connect. For this you have to get Zebra setup utilities and reset the pin. You can google how to do this. If this doesn't work, then it is either an issue with the device or the printer.
