I bought Gabriel Essence I really like it. I put it on when I'm dressed up make up on etc. I feel it would perfect for new years eve too.
I like both but I like the essence better. It seems to last longer and is a bolder scent than the og. I get champagne too! Paris Riviera gives me that as well, though it is a different perfume. Ty, as always!

Very curious, tuberose is my thing. Im actually surprised you dont like l’interdit. I made a purchase yeaterday. But again, i think fragrance is personal, in the end, wear what you enjoy ❤️
Interesting on me it does not smell musky at all. I just smell jasmine . It smells exactly. Like Jadore on me. I liked it alot. And the spray is more like a mist which I found very nice
Interesting, Arlene... I pick up very little musk. It is creamy, sunshine tuberose for me. I agree it is a classy, clean scent. It is beautifully made. I prefer it to the OG, but I do enjoy the opening floral burst of OG.
I might get the Essence, and the shower gel of the OG.
Thank you for your video! I have many Chanel fragrances and I’m still trying to love the original scent 😞. I do agree with you about Narciso. He does do an amazing musk. I have many and find them all exciting.
How many time can one say "musk" in a video! ;-)
Anyway, I didn't buy the original, I was so dissapointed in its non- unique smell.
I have been using my Gabrielle Essence sample of for a week now and I think it smells fabulous ( on my skin). I put a fragrance free body lotion on my skin first as I find that gives a better interpretation of a fragrance for my skin.
Its a yes from me, I just really enjoy it. Is it groundbreaking? Maybe not. Is it a lovely fragrance? I think yes.
PS- I smell the flowers with a balance of fruit sweetness, no sourness ( as you find on your skin) and a nice drydown of balanced musk. You do like sweet fragrances I have noted in your past videos , but I don't, maybe that is why you don't get the subtle sweetness - you have a perfume sweet tooth! :-D

Bij mij ook ik vind m een teleurstelling voor wat het is en dan de naam Gabriëlle dan verwacht je méér.

yes narciso rodriguez frags are the best musc!!!!! I have pure musc, poudree and rouge they are amazing!!!

I was a bit disappointed by the first version. A bit boring, classy buy not really original and definitely too musky for me too on my skin, almost sickening.
I will try this flanker but I'm still afraid of the musk 😆
Thank you for your review…I think the sour note you may be smelling is the citrus that’s drying down mixed with that musk …I smell amazing white florals … tuberose …for me it’s one of my favorites. Thank you for all your videos
Weaker? Can it be any weaker than the original which is gone in 5 seconds?!
I agree the original lasts minutes on me. Have you tried YSL Libre?
I’ve also sampled it and I really like it. I did not like the original at all though 😫

I like Gabrielle, it's a sweet floral perfume on my skin and I most likely add it to my collection. But I'm a guy so I guess the male skin chemistry change the perfume drastically lol

I love your description of this fragrance. I wear the “Essence” but I am always torn about the original Gabrielle. I only got samples but I am always disappointed after putting it on.
