Not sure on the details, but it is possible that the mother might have passed away without being sorry for her mistakes.

Some good advice. You have to make everything legal when it comes to your children & you've separated. It can be painful but it will save alot more pain in the future.

This is so sad. A two year old got abused by the mother's boy toy and she got betrayed by her own mother. And we don't even know if the 1 year old got abused or witnessed the abuse. Thank God for the father. I hope he does what needs to be done for both girls, not just one. Neither of these girls deserve to be abused.

Also…the part when the father mentioned that the hospital couldn’t complete the exam bc of their license, I’m thinkin that maybe he worded that wrong? Bc some hospitals (as seen on this show) they’ll send your child to a specialist for further investigation, I think the hospital could only exam but so much.
On a child that young, I can see why they would need a specialist.

the hospital saying they don't have a license to examine for molestation? and isn't cheating deadly? wow! nervous? i would say! guess who might be in jail tonight!!!!
They actually might not have, depending on state requirements. I'm Canadian - in my province, we require a registered nurse with special training to examine a patient who's been sexually assaulted to ensure evidence is not contaminated. Small hospitals don't generally have one of these nurses, so there's an emergency hotline, and one will come to where the patient is. It's odd for them not to tell the dad where to take the child, but healthcare is a business in America and doesn't make much sense to me.
Some states have really weird regulations around forensic exams on children. Not all hospitals are equipped with this type of equipment. It's actually a horribly in depth procedure.

This is why fathers need to be involved. If they aren’t involved all kinds of terrible things can happen.
