James looks at Richey after the solo, he's like "you held it down, man!"

Nothing saddens me more than knowing i will never see them live like this. I love the band to the end of the world and back but fuck they were a different breed here.

Happy to say I got to see them on this Tour. No idea it'd be the last tour Richey would ever do and for very sad reasons, which still have no proper conclusion today..

i saw them at T in the Park 1994, think it was their 1st performance as a trio as Richie was out of action at the time. Great setlist and all the military gear they wore added to it, great performance.

Always found it funny how he fucks up the first verse, while also containing the lyrics "as long as the right words are used" - oh the irony

At the time, the Manics were changing things up on each album, and there was an excitement, I think, on the first four albums in that they were really combining punk, pop and hard rock elements in an exciting way. As good as much of their stuff has been since then, there's a certain thrill in seeing this band live, in their prime, as evidenced here.

After Cobain died that year a lot of young people felt angry, you can see it in the Manics live performances at the time.

Still accurate more than 2 years since your comment was made. It's probably going to be just as relevant 20 more years later. That's just how humans work I guess.
