I love how when her hands were freed at the end the guys backed off. It kinda gave me "all bark and no bite" sorta vibes. When she was tied up and seemingly helpless they seemed ready to hurt her. But as soon as her hands freed they backed right off. I like it. It adds to the power of this song.

6 days before this song came out, I went to my first Warped Tour. Not having much concert experience, I was blown away by the festival. After walking around the venue for a bit, I stumbled upon the NYD merch tent while the band themselves were doing a meet and greet. I wasn’t really a fan at the time, but I was familiar with who they were because a was a die hard MIW fan (still am). I decided to get in line for this meet and greet. By the time I made it to the front of the line, I was both nervous and excited enough to the point where I was shaking. This was the first time I had ever even met a band, and also the first time I had met anyone who was considered famous. But somehow I kept my cool (for the most part) and got a picture with Ash (I wanted to get a picture with everyone, but the meet and greet was pretty rushed). She could probably tell I was pretty nervous, because I was fumbling my phone around trying to take a picture, but she was still super nice. Needless to say I’ve been a fan ever since. Since then, I’ve met quite a bit of my favorite bands (TWA, OAA, FFAK, BTF, 1/2 of Silent Planet, and 2/6 of MIW), but I haven’t shaken when meeting a band since the day I met NYD. Just thought I’d share this story lol

Paramore is still alternative, but they've grown up a little bit since 2008. They're still amazing as ever, but their style has changed a lot. Hayley has always had that punk rock edge to her voice though.

6 days before this song came out, I went to my first Warped Tour. Not having much concert experience, I was blown away by the festival. After walking around the venue for a bit, I stumbled upon the NYD merch tent while the band themselves were doing a meet and greet. I wasn’t really a fan at the time, but I was familiar with who they were because a was a die hard MIW fan (still am). I decided to get in line for this meet and greet. By the time I made it to the front of the line, I was both nervous and excited enough to the point where I was shaking. This was the first time I had ever even met a band, and also the first time I had met anyone who was considered famous. But somehow I kept my cool (for the most part) and got a picture with Ash (I wanted to get a picture with everyone, but the meet and greet was pretty rushed). She could probably tell I was pretty nervous, because I was fumbling my phone around trying to take a picture, but she was still super nice. Needless to say I’ve been a fan ever since. Since then, I’ve met quite a bit of my favorite bands (TWA, OAA, FFAK, BTF, 1/2 of Silent Planet, and 2/6 of MIW), but I haven’t shaken when meeting a band since the day I met NYD. Just thought I’d share this story lol
