- Aurangabad Viral Video: बिहार के औरंगाबाद में पूर्व गर्वनर निखिल कुमार (Ex Governer Nikhil Kumar) और आईपीएस अफसर स्वीटी सेहरावत (ASP Sweety Sehrawat) के बीच बहस का एक वीडियो सामने आया है. दरअसल, पूर्व राज्यपाल एएसपी से कानून-व्यवस्था को लेकर बात करना चाहते थे, लेकिन वह मिलने का समय नहीं दे रहीं थीं। कार्यालय में भी फोन नहीं उठने के बाद पूर्व राज्यपाल सीधे एएसपी के घर ही पहुंच गए।

Damn she proved her point with so much calmness and dignity although ex governor/ ex ips is not ready to listen but she stood on her point without arguing her gestures are speak loader than her words. Her facial expressions didn’t show any arrogance or naiveness and frightening being a public and servant she know she has to work with public as well as politicians or you can say government and ex governor knew this fact that no-one breach officer’s personal space. Every individual has their own personal life how could she entertain everyone at his home as she told 11-1 is timing for public conversation but we the public don’t understand this simple fact that being an ias ips or irs or any public servant is not an easy task they have their own problems and personal and professional issues and they are not robots who solved our problems in minutes they have to talk regarding our issues with senior officials and backend on politicians who released funds. Yes they are accountable to us they are the problem solver . We have right to complain if they are not fulfilling their duties or doing some unethical or upyou can using undue advantage of their power. But please understand we have to make system more efficient by engaging ourselves with officers so both of us can work with harmony

He was an IPS officer earlier... So u can't say education matters a lot... Position and ur moral matter a lot
He was an IPS officer who attained apex level promotion that is he was DGP of some state. Also after retirement he was the Governor of Nagaland. Group A officer equivalent to the rank of ASP (Major) used to be his Aide De Camp which is one rank above the IPS officer that you are seeing in this video.
So when such a high dignitary is speaking is better for an amateur IPS to just listen to him and take a little bit of words he is speaking.

Humility and maturity is a different thing. Not being able to contain repeated thefts and not being able to do it even after 1 year is abject failure on part of the IPS officer. Publicly scolding a public servant by ex Governor is not in a good taste. It would demoralise them, if these things are allowed it would set bad precedent. There are other means also to correct erring officer. Government must take notice of it.

He might have been a very honest and good officer, but the way he's lecturing her is like he sacrificed his family and all personal time to serve the people when he served. I mean there's a reason why there's a distinction between office and residence. If she was at her residence during her duty time, it's perfectly okay to scold her. If she isn't working properly, perfectly fine to scold her. But a constable isn't working on so and so street is one of the least important things to scold her about, when she's responsible for thousands of other issues more important. Him being a retired IPS officer should have understood it or even given some advice how to handle than publicly berating her.

एक आईपीएस का काम होता है किस को सही ढंग से हैंडल किया जाए लेकिन इसमें साफ बताया जा रहा है केस आईपीएस ने केस पर ध्यान नहीं दिया जिसके कारण राज्यपाल को खुद आना पड़ा सेल्यूट है से राज्यपाल को जो खुद गरीबों की आवाज बनकर आए क्या कि हमारे राज्य में कुछ ऐसे पुलिस प्रशासन हैं जो केवल बड़े लोग की पैसा के अनुसार चलते हर गरीबों की ना समझते हैं

Instead of infringing on people's personal space, you should then employ another person to cover the hours that person is off duty. Simple. Only the cover should be allowed to call the buddy at home in case of an emergency or situation they don't know how to handle. Public should go meet the cover with their grievances.

It is no secret that there's a prevailing elitism culture in Bihar where even Police officers behave like Lord Mountbatten! As if they are doing 10 to 5 corporate office job.
In this case: Notwithstanding her polite behavior later; the young IPS initially ignored a very senior and respectable senior of the service who is also a former Governor. When she knew he had waited in scorching sun for almost an hour; She could have atleast meet him for a moment (after initial reluctance; she had to)
