*Altogether a well made lure **enjoyable.fishing** recommend it’s the skirt seems to stay on well and the whole thing is bigger than I thought it would be. The 2 metal have a nice plating on them as well.*
From the purple, to the silvers, to the green hue in the head. Man that bait looks awesome! Nice touch with flakes in the capsule. Black flakes always kind of make me feel like everything’s going to turn out looking like a crappie, but that simple addition added so much depth to that bait. Perfect 👌🏻
Chirs, looks great for sure and I ordered some alien zen stuff or puff. My years in fly tying have taught me that sometimes the flies catch more fisherman than trout. How do these fish for you & your customers? It's all about the details the fish can see, afterall. Cheers & thanks for the creative work!
I knew something looked different in your Instagram pic lol. Man it rocks when everything has its own place. As always, Masta Jones delivers some sick baits! Nice job man 👍
World's Worst Fishing I have just enough time to watch your vid and eat then I have to go back out for 3 more hours. Maby you could post every day this week at 10:00 😉
I have been watching your posts for a while now. I really enjoy your work! Very creative and very inspiring. All I can really say is you are doing an outstanding job and please please keep it up. Stay safe my friend!
World's Worst Fishing It truly is! They’d get smashed anywhere you throw them. Would love to get my hands on some. I know they’d kill it in ponds around me
I can’t wait to get as good as you are pouring molds. I have the merling baits epic pud and the epic ribbit. I have to get a vacuum chamber cause I keep steering in bubbles 😫
Instead of putting that final shine on lures by dipping in clear plastisol have you ever tried just adding a very small amount of very fine color flake or color shift to coat it that very light effect>. I think that fine gold flake in the final dipping sauce would be awesome. I am just getting into lure making and will certainly give that a try.
Incredible stuff man! Your videos are very informative and are really helping me as I get into this! Can you do a cavity pour on a small injection mold to add the same effect? Also, can I use mica powder?
Great videos. On the pearl powders, when I go to dipyoucar and select ZGA or GC-47 they don't look like these powders you are using and I don't see where to select a color. Can you explain. Thanks
@@WorldsWorstFishing definitely will, just have to heal up from shoulder surgery and get working again. Always great when you work for a company that doesn't pay you when you're on leave for an injury
@@WorldsWorstFishing not from this guy you put out some awesome work and thanks again for helping me with that Stinger mole I texted you about Josh replaced it and got to me like in 3 days
Hey chris is it possible to do a skin pour over a skin pour and build up lays aslong as you heat the molds on the griddle. To make sure the lays bond together?
*Fun little bait great for ponds. This thing casts really well for its size, I was surprised. Good for when you need to downsize and gets smaller fish to commit*
Hi Chris, could you answer a question for me please? I'm retired and have tried my hand at making soft plastics. My son-in-law and I fish a lot so I'm making our baits since we fish plastics just about all the time. I recently purchased a dual injector, but when I inject the mold the top half turns out one color and bottom half the other color. There may be a very little mixing and I do mean very little. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. By the way, you make absolutely beautiful baits.
Have you looked at them under uv light? Curious if they reflect or glow at all. Also I think you need to show a fishing video with a few of your latest masterpiece efforts in action. 😁
Love that idea of using the silver colorshift to achieve that shine effect! I need to try that when I go for my black crappie color on my BTS Bluegill mold! Awesome baits as a whole, too!
Those are beautiful baits. Live the new look of the fish cave as well. I wonder if you could do a cool galaxy look with using stars instead of the black flake and then brushing filling the whole mold behind the capsule with that purple color shift?
Awesome video, I call it powder brushing but same thing. Super fun. It's one of if not my favorite way to color baits. You can also brush it just a bit heavy and then blow it towards the other end to get a really neat fading effect.(heat gun works too, it changes the way it looks but in a cool way. The ones you saw at jettison that I did were capsuled and powder brushed.
Where did you get your molds and other lure making products from? I live in South Africa and looking to start making lures. Those lures are so amazing!!!
Mate, you got me started pouring and injecting. Now I am obsessed. I just got a Q. Do you vac chamber the warmed plastic to get rid of suspended bubbles every couple of runs? especially when mixing like you did with the top colour in the 6" baits.
Those are amazing 👊👊. Just ordered the mid mag mold and can’t wait to experiment with worms . I really need to order some color shift powder to play with . You truly are awesome at what you do
Those are some killer baits! They'd be killer for stripers and pretty much anything else cruising around up here right now. You really make it difficult not to jump into making soft plastics...
So I had to watch this video again🤣.. glad I did because I didn’t order the ZTP... I went back and it was sold out so I went with the ZTM I can’t wait to try something new 💪💪

The skin pour with black glitter would make a good crappie bait, they look great 👍👍👍

315-350 depending on how long the pour takes..i heat em until water boils on them

Sounds like you were using a mold where the cavities are not oriented to laminate properly

Awesome color design! Would you still need to post clear coat/dip these after for saltwater fishing to hold up?
No clear dip need with the craw tube rubber. Caught 4 over slot snook on one bait I got from him
nope..clear dip doesnt really strenghten it and only dulls the scale pattern
This is the video I was waiting for , thanks Chris
