Bhai ek baat sahi se batana meiney abhi ek old zen car 2k model li hai, aur service( engine oil, brake oil, collent change) bhi karva li hai , but average nahin samajh aa rahi hai 99608 per li thi aur ab tak 32 km chal chuki hai aur meiney abhi do bar 500 ka petrol dalva liya hai abhi fir fuel khatam hone wala hai,

You must check other veriable also. i.e. typer pressure fuel quality , air filter etc.

try this
open the return pipe then set each valve stat to end and choose that point where you get the max. amt of return fuel.
