Dear God,
I come to you, to confess that I am a sinner. I can't even begin to list all of the things I've done to displease you, and I ask that you forgive me for every sin I've committed, those known and unknown. I believe that your son Jesus Christ died for my sins and rose again, that I may have eternal life. I turn away from my sins and invite you into my heart. I want to trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior. I want to do life by your side.

I was just listening to a word about fasting
God told me a few hours to fast and I’m not going to lie- I was not thrilled about the idea since He told me what kind of fast I should do. He’s also been putting on my heart to throw a lot of my things away and repack. I’ve been packed up since 2020 because that’s what He told me to do, but He told me I didn’t really pack😂 so I have to do that too since I’ve been procrastinating it

girl i love fasting but what do i do i’m having health problems right now and i’m used to fasting every day honestly but i’m not allowed i have to eat breakfast which is awful but only way to heal adrenal glands. what do i do?!?
Only God can answer that question my love, as He knows your situation best! If He’s putting it on your heart to fast, ask Him what kind of fast and how long. He understands what you’re going through, and He’s not beneath having you go about fasting differently. He may have you fast from something other than food/drink! 🙏🏾❤️

Fasting isn't for everyone. Not everyone can fast especially with health issues. Be careful 🙏

I’ve been in a hard place the past few weeks coz of doubt and weariness. It’s so difficult to receive God’s word lately coz my Kingdom spouse is still in a counterfeit relationship as I type this yet God keeps sending signs and confirmations that the promise will come to pass in this season. Even though I’m weary, lately God has been pressing on my heart to be expectant and I just feel like it’s around the corner. My brain hurts and my heart is deflated. In addition to that, He’s been pressing it on my heart to fast. Please pray for me brothers and sisters, I’m battling confusion and doubt.

I felt this since the beginning of the month I tired it but failed, I’m middle of my fast I didn’t have revaluations. As I was walking around the mall where I work I was all the food options at the food court. Then God put in my heart this is how the world is (pleasures) they’re so many whenever you go you’ll see them and it’s presented as something good. That’s why we have to keep our eyes on Christ because so the out Christ it easy to run back to sin.
So, your fast wasn’t in vain. God gave you a revaluation about food.. he can speak through anything! It’s always mysterious his ways. 🤍🤍🤍

I Fasted for 56bhour DURING my "time of the month" WHEN I WAS MOST Hungry and fighting off a illness in my body i went through HELL in my body during that Fast i am Going to be Honest All i Felt in my spirit was Birthing pain Pile HARD labor i jad no appetite and i only Ate when i finally Got hungry at 56hour mark i wanted to eat at 36hours but i felt had the freedom to eat that 3rd day
My dad fasted for the two days i fast friday evening to yesterday ( HE DOES NOT FAST) something is going on in the spirit God synchronized him with me if i was not eating he did not Eat till i did

Please know that everybody fast isn’t the same, you can be called to fast from people, toxic relationships, environments, social media, your phone, food, solids, ask God. Don’t fast in vain. 🙏🏾
That’s true. Is’t also different with days? Some are fasting longer and some shorter in time. For me I have to fast just 1 one day right now, so that’s why the question.

God collected me after an unexpected praise and worship session and an amazing encounter on Thanksgiving night, and Babbbbyy let me tell you, he collected. I knew I was supposed to fast and I ran too. I wasn't with none of it. No lies detected! But I gave in and surrendered that Thanksgiving night, and boom. So happy I DID it. I received and still receiving so much clarity and confirmation. Yeap, do it Y'all! Answer the Call! It's here. Its time!
Amen! Sis you’re other word “Just do it” encouraged me to finish my fast for the day because I wanted to cave half way through. But with encouragement, God spoke to me and gave me the confirmation to not give up! In this fast and for what I’m praying for/His promises for me. There’s dry fasting which means no food only water for 24 hours then the regular fast where it’s no food or water for 24 hours and then the sun up sun down fast which is from dawn to dusk. Every fast is effective in getting closer in a relationship with God. So be Spirit led and ask Him just like you’ve already been doing. I love you and this love comes from Jesus 💕
