Four Oaks was originaly the estate of Lord Hartopp in the Georgian era. It later became a Racecorse, before real estate development in the late 18th Century. The historic houses built in Four Oaks Park, several are featured in Hermann Muthesius "Das Englische Haus" written in 1904. Sutton Coldfield is famous for being the home town of John Vesey, who was Bishop of Exeter, and Chaplain to Henry VIII. Who persuaded the King to grant the town a Royal Charter.

Four Oaks is where most of the Aston Villa players live it also has an excellent by invitation golf club...expensive area but very safe similar to Knowle & Lapworth

Swimming pools don't always add value. We've got a lot of buyers looking for properties in this price range without swimming pools. Many have had them and found they didn't use them and they were expensive to keep. The 3 bedroom cottage could be converted into an indoor pool if required, or there is room behind the property to build one if required.
