Corrugated nylon tube bender

This is a multi stage 7 bend nylon tube bender. The material is 21mm corrugated nylon. On the load side is a knife style bulk loader, with length and backwards tube sensing. The heating has been split into two stages to reduce overall cycle time. Once heated, the tube is bent into the dedicated shape, and then cooled by means of an air chiller blowing air through the I.D. of the tube, as well as the O.D. of the tube, at the bend Radii. The tube shape and continuity are verified by means of an air sender, and flag style receiver. The finished part is then presented to the exit chute.
