I can see NEACE is able to give SOOO much more useful advice when the client just does what he says, instead of arguing lol
Yeah, this was a very nice session
100%
and u can see the feeling the first minute
Yeah, this is why also Neace is also nicer to girls, they have no ego to try to stroke, these people need to realize that NEACE is nice to people who listen to him and not just because they have a vajayjay.
Yes i want challenger!!!!it's full time. i played more than her. i play so much doesn't mean i'm better
its about ego
alot of these players, i feel, want to be told how good they're doing and just small macro tips that are gonna make a difference, but they have no fucking clue that the attitude itself is the issue
ive had this in many games, and once you let it go and realize that EVERY fight you win and EVERY game you win STILL has something you could improve on and do better. once you unlock that, its easy progress
i applied that shit straight up when i picked up rocket league, i got placed in plat, and got mid diamond in 2 months
this player however, is new and she realizes she's kinda shit at the game so anything she's being told she's absorbing and doing because she KNOWS neace knows better
She was super responsive without being told and instantly responsive to what you told her to do and definitely is soaking up the information you were giving her. For a bronze player (which she isn't imo) she is going to climb for sure. She has a lot of potential. Probably one of the best clients I've seen you coach. At no point was I like Jesus dude listen or wtf are they doing. I was impressed at her skill to what division she is in.
@@alexastorm97 touch some grass please
Nah women have bigger egos I guess just not for stuff like this. Which is the gender that always try to prove they can do anything either as good or better as the other one on a daily basis?
@@alexastorm97 It literally has nothing to do with that, its just that the person who's willing to learn and improve listens to what they're told regardless of their gender.

Good session, love the little tips at the end. Shows you care about your client and not just "cashing the check" the split second the game ends 👍🏼
Good job. You’re very smart for recognizing that.
she was worried about the first stopwatch after the yone died before using ult, i dont think she realized both seraphine and miss fortune layered theirs on top of it and she was 100% dead there without it XD
Better gameplay than most of the S-G players we get
I was surprised and amazed by that Graves kill around 7:00 , and was funny to see his facial expression was telling the same ... :D
CHALLENGER. i love that energy lmao we all start somewhere.
Not sure how to phrase it, "I love your energy", "love how you're enjoying this coaching", "love how you're into it", but it was nice to watch - and of course educational as always.
people who don't argue are the players who are actually trying to get better at the game. The people who argue are the people who want compliments and not actual feedback.
I think her macro is probably more of a barrier to climbing than skill on champ, seems to me she can play good but Neace 100% was showing her strategies and macro plays that she wouldn’t normally be abusing in her games.
Hope she kept a lot from the session to her future games
Most low ELO players have good mechanics but shit macro. Not knowing when to push lane, freezing, and they Aram mid at 20 minutes
its MOBA!! what macro?? there is no macro!!
@@verne51 What ? Did you even play the game ?
@@blobpoop457true. She is very similar to me in terms of general game approach (the peaceful not overly aggressive type), I’m still low elo but I left bronze quite some time ago (just made it out of gold to plat2) and what helped me immensely was only trying to learn the best response to the question “what should I do now?” at every step of the game. I still struggle (obviously) but it is what I’ve improved mostly in the last year, my mechanics are almost the same. One thing tho that I’ve got on point is also the farm, she could start from there (which is easier) and then go into the macro. Last thing should be learning the all in timings and roaming, I said last thing because you don’t wanna start from those or you’ll trade your safety for nothing but feeding the enemy, better have everything in order before (at least for someone like me that doesn’t go in instinctively), normals helps btw.
@@glaeli1184 Best mentality to improve, good job !
From my experience playing this game it doesnt matter how good the lane phase is people are bad at the team phase, its the team phase that needs more attention
So many low ELO games surrender due to 0 morale by the 10 min mark that most ppl naturally learn what wins early game but don't know the real factors that lead to their mid and late game wins
Now being end of the season I'm curious to see if the client reached their goal. @NEACE, it would be interesting to see an "after" series with old clients and see how many clients reached their goal and their takeaway along the way etc..

Awesome coaching Neace! There are a lot of players who don’t know that the wave pushes faster the closer it is to your tower - once I learned that I started basing my entire game plan around it for better roaming and basing, ranking up from silver to plat in one season!
you mean it pushes faster towards the enemy tower ? because of the waves crashing into existing ones, right ? or am I misunderstanding?
@@charnet3d207you aren't, your minions reach the minion skirmish faster, as they're closer to your side and are able to start damaging earlier, that's how you generate slow pushes and stack waves to dive towers as well
Awesome. As a Syndra main, watching this made me see what I could work on to ever get good with this champion ^^
if she keeps it up, I bet she could get plat in the next 300 games
Honestly all of her problems are good problems to have, because they're much easier to solve than the problems most bronze players have. Her mechanics are okay, she has the right idea as far as camera control, combos, her farm could be better but it could be much worse. I think just playing a lot of games would get her to gold, and if she gets better at intentionally controlling the wave and understanding matchups, I bet she could get plat this season.
Im willing to Bet against that
plat a bit ambitious but I think gold within 300 is definitely doable
Edit: nvm somehow forgot that neace was the coach
Id honestly even say 150-200. I started silver 2 7 years ago and hit plat 3 the next season within 200 games.
Only thing she's honestly lacking is spacing, knowing her range and her damage. Sometimes she could just ult+ignite but would hold them and go for Qs. But her camera movement and reactions were pretty good.
GG to the client! Fun one to watch even as someone who strays away from Syndra type characters
I accidentally found this out when playing Syndra. If there is a ball in W range, no matter where you put your mouse the game will grab for the ball. Unless you're mouse on another unit like a minion and you don't have "target champions only" on. If you do have target champions only on, you'll still grab any ball in your W range should both your mouse and a ball both be in W's range. If you're in range and have your mouse over an enemy champion, it will still pick up the ball meaning you can just spam W to grab and throw a ball instantly. This should be tested in practice though just so you can get a feel for it better as simply grabbing a minion (after you've stunned them) and throwing that will also deal the same damage.
good job on your discovery. also no shit sherlock.
@@worm8886 Sorry challenger player. Didn't mean to offend you with information you, and literally everyone in the league community already knew.

On a more relevant note, interesting discovery. Didn't know that even tho I actually played a fair bit of Syndra a while back.
Holy shit that basketball metaphor was god tier. Makes so much more sense now to do the specific line for movements
Yoooooooo....... that stop command thing blew my mind tho😂😂😂 I was thinking it was whatever but when he was talking about walking over where a minion is standing, I get it
I know this is an old video, but for anyone watching, you really should not spam your E like she is doing in the video. Syndra has more than enough waveclear with Q and W, even more so now that she has been reworked a little. When you get into higher ranks, players will see that you have used your E and dive or kill you. Syndra's E is the only escape tool she really has, so save it for all-ins or escapes!
I noticed she wasn't doing as good with the corrupting pots as they did not appear to be bound to a key. This was causing her to manually click the pot on her bar.
if it's not bound to a number, the indication doesn't show up. she could have it bound to a letter or something else.
I have my pot bound to Q and it still shows up tho. I think there's an option in the settings menu to turn off the Gui binds
I'm learning ADC right now and was checking on some ideas, thats why I ended up here. Seems like I was right stopping by and watching up til the end :-))
Extremely impressive. She’s more solid than almost all the dudes in their coachings, good for her!
Neace: stack your balls
Clarissa: he he he
Ayyyy someone's playing the Anal Bead Wizard! Nice play giving Graves and Tristana the backdoor business at 6:12 or so. Such a fun champ to play, but like NEACE said Riot is constantly looking for opportunities to minimize her pro play appearance. I'm sure that's a big part of why the client is in Bronze. She comes up with a lot of good ideas for what to do on her own, and you can see that she's aware of when she has lethal but a lot of times lets people go because she's scared of a revenge kill. There's a lot of panic wards happening too, where she'll make a play and her gut instinct is to go face check a bush and drop a ward in it instead of fixing the wave or getting a shove going. That's this champ promoting bad habits with the long E cooldown and the slowpoke 330 movespeed. You don't learn sidelaning, you're constantly afraid of your team dipping and leaving you stranded even when you're fed, and you neglect the big advantage she has over actual assassins because you're scared to shove.
I made the switch to a more solo queue friendly champ and instantly saw results. If the client works on her farm and tightens up the forward/backward movements, she'll get AT LEAST Gold in a couple weeks. For similar champs, Ahri is freelo right now, Brand mid is still OP against 90% of players, Neeko's AP ratios are still too high, and I'm unconvinced Zyra mid is bad.
zyra mid is still my comfort pick
Why are you recommending all of my midlanepicks ? 😅 I'm literally Brand mid main and otherwise play either Neeko, Zyra or Vex 😆
Edit: Vex with Lich Bane ist super fun
used to be a zyra main but she feels so bad imo....
Omg she is ME lol she even places the same meaningless wards I sometimes still find myself putting down. Really, I struggle with the same things: playing overly safe (not going all in even when I could), winning lane but then not being able to properly capitalize the advantage, being a bit confused about macro past early game and generally being a bit too peaceful (farming on the other end hasn’t been an issue for me for quite some time, probably what placed me above bronze compared to her so if she can fix that, and it’s prob the easiest thing to fix for her, she will see an immediate reward). Ofc this means I basically never run down games and I usually gain quite an advantage early but then… I don’t know how to reliably win lol. This was great to watch
At 22:00:
Neace: they’re too scared
The embodiment of fear himself: hold my beer

You should do 1 full video of just hot keys. I feel like there is no content around that.
Fun fact Neace, if you have quick cast on you can hold your ability button, like Ezreal Q or Ekko Q, and it will show the range. Then release to cast, or right click to cancel. That's how I do it
That is if you turn on the indicators. If you turn it off, the ability will cast as soon as you press your ability button, no indicators.
@@Daily-Central yeah and last time I tried with the indicators it felt slower to use (esp for bursty champs like lux), because they don't cast until you release the button, instead of instantly as soon as it is pressed.
@@charnet3d207 that's because you have to retrain your brain to adjust for the extra input.
I accidentally turned these settings on in practice tool and liked it so much its my default. If you are playing lux and you have a stun right infront of your face the delay of lifting your finger off the key is negligible especially if you intend to instant cast.
The only characters I've had to go full quick cast have a fast spammable skill than you need to aim and move with. I've played quick cast for years and and I noticed for myself I've been wasting almost 100 units of range on some characters
@@danf7411 You wasting range isn’t because of no indicators. You just didnt know the range beforehand.

Curious about how she is doing now, rank wise. Nice vid, Syndra has been a nightmare to face, very interesting to understand the weak points in soloq
She really is way better than bronze. Good session.
she responds well and acts accordingly and is willing to learn
I’m 8 mins in and she’s a better midlander than euw gold midlaners so far. My midlaner would be 1-3 by this minute ngl.
This one doesn't know how good she is. She didn't even know she was running a clinic.
I think my only advice that niece never mentioned is to hold onto your balls with W - that's how you get extra ball on your ultimate.
Q,Q,W on the old ball, W2,Q,R leads to using 6 balls instead of 5, which is like 20% more damage
well, syndra got reworked a bit since then so idk how exactly it should be done nowadays with those extra Q charges
You can also throw your w faster if it is behind you. Ie turn around and walk away from someone before you throw it and the position it moves from is closer to them so it is a good deal faster
wait, does she click pots? I realized that at the end of the game. Easy fix tbh
no gameplay shown in the spoiler thing at the start! thank you!
basically you telling her to Ding Dong Ditch on that tower
Lol, I like her already. Not even 5 min in and she’s like”Challenger.” no hesitatio. And Neace is like “Are you su...”. Then she immediately replies with a “did i stutter?”. Basically she is try to say; if i’m paying to get coached i’m not going to half ass this, fuck that.
Good advice on the stop command. I dont know how people can play this game without it. Mine has always been mapped to S and its the only way i move my champion around.
My stop command is also bound to S. Very useful.
theres just one problem I have with left click amove, and that is iwhen I click on teh minimap, my champion automatically walks there. Its so annoying so I just turn it off until someone tells me that i'm stupid and that theres a setting to turn that off. But I dont know how so yeah.
the end of the video was soooooo useful
If he asked me how much work i have put in to reach my goal. I would tell him I paid a coach to help me. 😂
YOU'RE RINGING THE BELL FOR THE ENEMY JUNGLER XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
these videos = free course
With most abilities either being circle aoe or a straight line, why does Neace suggest moving forward and back, as opposed to side to side?
He tries to prioritize safety instead of micro movements, It's safer to hover in their max range of their abilities since it offers more flexibility than getting chunked by the enemy, if they try to predict their movements. Instead he tries to keep them alive as much as possible to see every flaw in their gameplay. Don't get me weong, dodging horizontaly is super important, but only in speciffic situations, like avoiding multiple enemies with aoe cc locking you down, but the rest is reaction and really becomes instinctive with time and practice
because if you are at max range you will always dodge by moving back whereas side to side you only dodge sometimes. Of course sometimes you have to dodge side to side, but when laning at max range going back and forth is just better.
I got flammed the other day by my opponent before the game even started for picking syndra because she's so easy because you have ult. I was like who have you seen play this character recently, also you have a viegar on your team
if ur opponent is flaming u then u know ur winning XD
She literally is easy though thats the thing.
lets say you miss every ability in your kit doing a full combo but not a 7 orb since that requires a couple brain cells to set up
a 6 orb syndra ult does 120% ap and 540 magic damage at level 6
The average mid laner health at 6 is gonna be in the 1.2-1.4k region (mostly because melee champs bring the average up) mr is gonna be around 50 or so (assuming they arent dumb and remembered to take mr runes, also assuming its a melee champ), so effective hp is 1.8k to 2.1k, level 6 timing is usually around 7-8 minutes (9 waves of solo xp to level up, you likely hit 6 later if you didnt get 100% of every minions xp either by not being there or jg leech, and were assuming no kills) were going to assume a cs per minute of lets say 6 to keep it around bronze level, so at 7-8 minutes you should have about 935 gold from just cs and a further 888 from gp/10
that puts you at 1823 gold (not including your initial buy) so you have a lost chapter and an amp tome, thats 60 ap, that puts your total 6 orb ult damage at 612 magic damage
remember effective hp in this scenario is 1800-2100 so you just did 29-34% of their health bar, while missing your entire kit, and then sperg face rolling a point and click ability.
Assuming you threw a couple auto attacks in there too which at level 6 on syndra is 64 ad, and with the average armor being again around 50 at that level so youre doing 33% less phys damage, you can easily get 2-3 auto attacks in during the huge whiff combo which is an additional 192 damage bringing your total up to 804 or 38-44% of their health bar.
and all of it is incredibly low skill floor point and click damage
Sure you cant one shot them (unless you get fed but thats another story) but being able to execute from 38% to 44% remaining health? while making what is an objectively bad play? that is what makes her low skill floor.
In higher elos where such an absolutely dogshit player would just be destroyed long before you can poke them into execute range that doesn't work, but the lower the skill level of the players in the game, the easier syndra gets to play and in turn the more forgiving she becomes.
its sort of like zed players who miss their entire kit unless they can land them point blank out of ult, in low elo they can see mild success because theyre using an objectively easy part of the kit to make up for their otherwise shitty mechanics, but as you go up in elo people start punishing you harder which means those little slip ups start costing you the lane.
tl;dr: Syndra is objectively easy to play, but the things that make her easy dont scale into higher elo's which makes her harder to play as you go up the ranks, like most easy champs... like annie for example
@@MrTeathyme Thats alot of words for "i lost vs a syndra yesterday"
Genuine question: Why use A + left click when I can just bind it to another mouse button and have one fewer input per attack-move-click? This is a rhetorical question btw - I've been doing this and I've genuinely had one enemy analyze the replay after the game to check I'm not scripting.

I honestly have no clue how female players don't get to worlds or super high esports, cause it seems every time I see a video of NEACE coaching a female player they are almost always responsive and actually less stubborn than most male players.
I think it simply has to do with the numbers game. Not as many players and most likely don't grind as much. Also have to face outside pressure that they're not expected to be on games as much as males of the same age demographics are. Lastly, just from a coaching perspective (sports here for many many many years) fathers tend to be a bit more involved and borderline controlling with their daughters more than their sons. Guarantee they will give more shit to their daughters grinding out games for hours than their male counterpart.
@@mg9077 While I feel like that is slowly becoming slightly less and less true, you are probably correct.
@@mg9077 Definitely true. I wasn’t allowed to play video games for more than 30 minutes a day, but my brothers got any console they wanted and unlimited screen time. We also don’t care to grind in games unless there’s a tangible reward for it (streaming and making money off simps most of the time). It’s just not worth it when we have other things to do.

Neace is a lot nicer to females, and this has a big impact on how they play. Realise a few things here, he is much more responsive and informative with what to do, and hence this causes the player to be more reactive to what he is saying. The lack of shouting and abuse, when they fail or continuously do the wrong thing, has also been replaced by constructive criticism of how to improve. This is why she played reactively to the advice of Neace. People say client is doing Neace is saying causing Neace to be chill, but it appears the client is doing what Neace is saying BECAUSE Neace is chill.
If people doubt he is nicer, just watch his imitation of her vocabulary or filler words - it's a common sign of appeasing (because whether he is conscious or unconscious he is trying to impress). In my humble opinion, it is nice of Neace to put this content out with how to improve for free, but it is not worth it for those who paid and do not respond well to a sadomasochist system of teaching for the price it is.
As was shown in the "Plat Ego" video.... he started chill. He tried to be chill. He even went into a practice tool and showed how to do e q w.... and the client STILL was delaying with it.
This is very common of most of the clients. You know the ones that arnt? The females that actually listen and try to adapt to what Neace said.
You can try to claim its something else, but he always starts chill with guys too unless they start doing things that is blatantly showing they are NOT listening or trying to adapt.
Also, the champion that she is playing does not require hard aggression. Garen needs aggression. Wukong needs aggression. Syndra needs to hit her poke abilities and farm to get big while avoiding putting yourself into situations that you can not get out of.
@@Wolfcub-tb2iy and guess what had happened after he shouted and berated him? Oh yes, nothing and the client didn't respond well. There are 2 types of people out there, those that like being talked down to and those that expect equal treatment at the very least when paying hundreds of dollars. By all means, you may respond well to being talked down to, and being belittled I don't know you but a lot of people expect the latter.
@@David-ur7og Neace went full engage after he found out that the person was more worried about what neaces chat was saying, than listening to what was being told in his hear to do.

She listens other guys also listen but sometimes you find the ego plat dude or girl player who never listens .
Yo NEACE I'm really enjoying learning from your video's. I do have a question. Your tip on the stop command I can see it would be useful to auto canceling, but moving through or into cs can't you just use target champs only hold or toggle? You can't auto or target anything thing but champs I use toggle when I jug so I can either kill their jug on drag with autos with no worries of ever targeting drag.
she finna good
So I guess NEACE and I have the same thing of spamming the Stop command lmao
What do you think of having your abilities on release? I can judge movement by holding the button and then cast on release.
Why push mid with an open inib and not push side lanes? I normally push sides after open inib in mid. It’s that a wrong call for some reason?
As a syndra main myself she wasnt bad at all jus needs a brush up on the basics also dont regular ppl jus use S to stop? Idk i started league after playing warcraft so that was standard for me

For all of your advise, the first 20 minutes of this video everything was fine, just playing the game more is the only genuine helpful advice.. she clearly understands the champions kit well and basic mechanics of the game. All that's missing is "limit testing" and understanding spikes and lane matchups.. only queuing for games can teach this 👌 you're good at making backseat gaming look like coaching, but when most of the things you say are detrimental and hinder progress, it becomes questionable 🤔

Bad idea, always hold your cc on syndra , only when yr sure you backing or be safe. But the ting is, she is kinda bad with her CC balls, More practice, but all and all , Nice couching Neace :)
