I just got 7,244 this morning but my highest scores before then were 6,000 and change. I highly recommend paying for the ad-free version which allows you to play many more games and learn as you do. The key is to always have a "one away" as I call it, meaning a row, column, or square that is 1 away from completion because the probability is high that you will need it. Keeping that center square clear seems important. And I avoid "air bubbles" meaning a single white cell surrounded by blue since one and only one block will fit in there and it makes it impossible to clear the row or column it occupies.

You should be able to clear AT LEAST ONE or MORE section (Row, Column, Block) every 3-4 moves. Your average should be just under 3 moves to clear something .. Simply knowing that helped me score higher, because if forced me to think a bit longer about each move, knowing it's possible. It should very rarely take you 5-6 turns to clear something. Anything over 6, you're definitely in trouble.

okay so ive tried the daily challenge for October 22 2020 about a thousand times. I regularly score around 4-6K. Im no beginner to this game. I have completed all the other challenges for months back but this one daily challenge has given me endless trouble. Im convinced they made an algorithm thats insanely difficult to get. I almost think its stupid. I still like the game but this day challenge is ridiculously frustrating and irritates me every day when I revisit it to try futilely to beat it a dozen more times.
Just got up to 5455 from a previous best of 5125 - bit annoyed that I was booted out with 3 unplayable blocks! That suggests the algorithm is random? Great game though, enjoy the daily challenge too!
I play this game every single night and have gotten up to 24,000 and some points in a game that lasted 2 nights in a row, approximately 16 hours on airplane mode. Is there a way I can earn something in cash by playing??????

This is definitely the case. I can solve daily challenges, but don't that I never manage to solve all of an event as there are always a few I find impossible. Very frustrating.

Did you ever figure it out? I'm guessing you have to get the paid version to customize your name. I'm also thinking some high tournament scorers use cheat codes. I'll play for two days, and be neck and neck for first place, then suddenly out of nowhere some player with a customized name steals first place by a factor of 2!
I got 14.261 this morning. It´s in the top 10.000😂. To reach top 100, the score must be almost 60.000. The leader is at 197.504!!!! Is it possible to cheat in this game?
@@moonfly1 interesting. I play daily challenge and tournaments when they pop up. I have taken top score and highest score several times and various other medals. Last tournament I was aiming for both again and had highest total (accumulated) score. It was interesting that two players I don't recall seeing before came on and took 1st and 2nd place with scores of 22,000 and around 15,000. My highest is 11,234 so I know how to play but those scores blew me away and I have to consider its possibly not above board. Got me thinking, that's for sure.

I don't think the new blocks are randomly generated, I am certain that there is an algorithim to generate blocks that don't fit a figure on purpose

I find it annoying that there is no way to rotate shapes.

My highest score is 9.6k and I've never seen anyone score higher

I hit 18,800 and that got me only 2nd place in a tournament
