I just held my breath for most of that 52 minutes and 29 seconds! Oh my goodness, Ruth! Lucas....nooo!! Malcolm, yess!!! What an epsiode. Good acting from the council guy
This is a nicely convoluted chapter. But MI5 proved again to be undisciplined and out of control, with agents going off on their own to get involved with dastards of various sorts, while Harry remains in the dark about everything. Was that the picture of the agency BBC wanted to convey, or was it just more fun to write? It doesn't matter now, though, since the series is long over.
Agree! The plotlines of this series have grown more and more outlandish, and the agents' behavior more and more out of the box . For all the "evil furriners" MI5 is always chasing, the most insidious people turn out to be high ranking British officials, British mercenaries, and rogue agents.
Midnight where I am but I’m still going to watch one of the best shows ever
