I feel like Aaron took 10 steps into a marathon, decided it was too hard and then just figured he’d Dingle his way over it. Immature but understandable given his family’s history & his unresolved grief about being separated from Seb. It’s really interesting to see this surrogacy storyline played out in the context of a couple who “lost” a child and are desperate to fill that void. Glad they’re dealing with that. I’m excited to see what comes next for them.
On the one hand, I'm glad they're showing how unfair their losing Seb was and how stressful it is for same sex male couples of get a kid. On the other hand they've proper made Aaron into a baby-crazed twat to do it.

And saying that trying to get the money for surrogacy that way came at too high a cost. Now he's stealing the money that would get that same business back on its feet?! No, that makes no sense at all. I really dislike that Aaron is being written this way.

It's not her fault that Aaron is being an impulsive child. She just told Aaron not to give up on become a father and she was right. I'm pretty sure she didn't mean he should steal and bribe. I'm glad Lucy is principled and respectful.
Aaron is definitely handling things wrong by going behind Roberts back and make decisions without him but I think we should remember that Robert did the same thing when he gave Seb away. He didn’t talk to Aaron about it and he didn’t, initially, let him say goodbye. This isn’t me hating on Robert because I love both him and Aaron but I’m just reminding everyone that they both make these kinds of mistakes e.g. making decisions behind the other persons back.
i understand where aaron’s desperation to have a baby is coming from. he has insecurities because he can’t give robert a baby “normally” the way rebecca could which is why i’ll always hate that storyline.

Robert conceived Seb as a mistake, but then he loved him as the best thing that could happen to him in life and he had the opportunity to experience one of the great things and at that moment where Aaron was, Robert had to ask Aaron for permission or count on him to have or love Seb Noooooooooooo So now that Aaron wants to have a son to feel a pure love, you all believe that he should ask Robert for permission and follow the laws he imposes. Aaron and Robert are supposed to be a couple, and whatever they or you say Seb is never going to be Aaron's son and they have already proven it several times because of the fact that Robert is the perfect person that his fans have created, it is assumed that Aaron must be behind his back and let go of the dream and the right to have a child for him, this, this kind of thing, the comments of the people are what makes me hate Robert and hate that Aaron and Robert have reconciled even more
