It amazing to me how Victoria wants Katie to be more accepting of Claire her sister when she has never accepted Adam her brother…it would be good writing if that was thrown in Victoria’s face 😂😂😂

I don’t want to see Claire go backwards, it was horrible what her great-aunt did while raising her then, had her harm her parents and grandparents. Let her thrive. Victoria needs to get herself with Katie into Therapy as her youngest daughter is displaying the same behavior towards hers older sister, as Victoria does toward her older brother, Adam…
Clair needs to stuff being so soft on Summer and Katie. She doesn't have to go dark. She just needs to check them from the start and I'm sure they'll get right.
Wishful thinking for a story that is still develoing. She should've went ro work with Grandma Nikki, to be groomed in all things Newman.

Katie may not know it, but Billy tried to kill Adam, the other side of her family is no better. Billy wasn't groomed to kill, he did it because he hated Adam so much. The writers needs to leave Claire alone and move on to other storyline unless they have ran out of storylines.
Billy tried to kill Adam like 2 times. Not once did he ever apologize. He thinks killing Adam would have been justified.

There has to be some residual disfunction still lurking, Claire haven’t really faced any challenges since her recovery . I’m sure theres still many obstacles that Claire has to overcome still as she navigates through her new life.
I've been saying the ultimate twist with "saintly" Claire would be if she was still

It's all been too neat & perfect an ending to the Claire saga.
She had an insane upbringing.
Crazy Claire wreaking havoc would be such an ultra interesting twist.

I think Claire is reformed. I do not want to see her go back to the dark side again. We have not even seen a hint of her going evil again.

I have to agree with Summer on this one! I don't think we have seen the last of Claire's craziness. Her therapy was too quick for her to be completely reformed. Her demeanor is a little "too sweet" for my taste! I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop! Wow!
Victoria is in a daze over Claire for sure. Good point, Belynda, re: the timeline of recovery for Crazy Claire. I can just see her going psycho with Katie. And has anyone noticed, besides my hubby, how each person that Victoria has brought into the Newman fold has caused danger and havoc. Yet she's never acknowledged or admitted it or been held accountable. Hey, no one even dare mentions it to her. The Newmans have become more concerned about protecting their status quo than living their mantra about "family".
Exactly the Newman's always get away with crime like they above the law remember what Nikki told Claire months back that Newman protect each other no matters what

I think what they should do is find a way to address the trauma that Claire endured as a child. She talked about a strict upbringing. Claire didn’t know normal didn’t really experience love that a child needs and deserves. Jordan had to put her through a lot as a child to mess her mind up so bad that it push her to the brink of almost killing a family she already knew and obviously already loved and wanted all her life. Claire loved her parents and seems to want to spare them from knowing all the truth of trauma she endured from Jordan who took her out of pure revenge and hate

Bunch of bull. Claire finally have the love and support of her family. Victoria and Cole has done an excellent job helping their daughter find her way out of that evil dark pit Jordan put her in.

It would make absolutely no sense for Claire to be triggered by her lil sister to cause her to turn on her family who she clearly loves and adores. This is one of the best moving storylines since Cassie’s death. Hope the writers aren’t about to screw this storyline up just for the sake of some worthless meaningless horror show twist.

Victoria is her mother. Remember, Victoria isn't Johnny's mother, Johnny is. Adopted. Claire is Victoria's biological daughter. Johnny is Billy and Chelsea son. Chelsea allowed Billy and Victoria to adopt him. That is why I don't buy her mother of the year routine.

Clear is definitely up to no good. She had a very suspicious by when she met her brother & sister. It was quite creepy
They need to develop a family drama without turning Claire bad. If they do make her evil, it's just lazy writing. Easier to just write her as a bad one, than it is to write in depth family drama that doesn't involve evil people. Writers seem to think we aren't paying attention, but we are and we want quality stories, not the usual easy to write bad person story. You can find that in any movie.

I have mixed feelings on this one. I wonder why Katie being mean to her would trigger the crazy but Summer being mean to her didn’t. I am just not sure how this will play out. I really hope Claire doesn’t revert to her former crazy self. I like her this way. Although a little spicier attitude would be fun but not crazy.

the only reason i dont believe Clare will be evil at this point is because they are trying to pair her with Kyle, Harrison and that gives a s/l for them and Summer, and I think Katie will be on board with her new sister after her speech with Victor. I do believe that Clare will be her evil self, but not at this time, and I cant wait, since that family continues to make Adam the devil, while the almost murderess is seen as their angel.
Off topic, but just watched Tuesday's U.S. episode and have to wonder why Phyllis is so desperate to find a job. Doesn't she still have some $, regardless of the debacle with Jeremy Stark?
