I love to do my zucchini by cutting it up and adding green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers and orange peppers with oregano. A little bit of Italian seasoning, dried Italian seasoning and stewed tomatoes I also add onions cook it until they’re tinder. I like it cold or hot. Cold has more flavor. Was so happy to see you had another video up today.
Shred the zucchini in your food processor and freeze it - can be added to soups, used to bake, etc. after my first year as a gardener I learned to only plant two 😂

Our garden came in all at once and I ended up cutting zucchini like fries and using a tempura batter I use for shrimp and fried them in my cast iron dutch oven with avocado oil and they were so delicious. So then I tempura battered our green beans and oh my goodness 😋. I’ll be trying the tortilla soup❤
Angel food cake uses tons of eggs and save the yolks to make lemon curd. Zucchini stuffed boats, zucchini lasagna, cold zucchini noodle Thai salad uses good amounts of zucchini
Just love your channel ..I too store my holiday decor as you do.. My mardi gras and valentine are together in one box because it's so close together.. Easter is in 2 lg boxes... The memorial day, 4th of July and labor day all in one all red, white and blue. My fall in one., As Halloween..and Thanksgiving.. Christmas it's in 3 lg boxes . I also bubble wrap any serving dishes and breakable decor. Sometimes they r in a smaller box in the big one. I have ornaments for each holiday that I have in ornament boxes that I've collected overtime.. I just find it easier to have everything in one box. The placemats, napkins, table runner, table cloths and dish towels are all placed in that particular holiday box .

Hi Lauren, I enjoy watching your vids. I like to make zucchini pizza stacks (zucchini rounds (sliced not too thick not too thin), jar tomato sauce, pepperoni slices, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning. Layer ingredients in a cupcake tin brushes with Olive Oil starting with a zucchini round, dab if sauce, pepperoni cheese & sprinkle seasoning three layers total finishing with zucchini sauce and cheese sprinkled with Italian seasoning bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes check it half way through to decide how much longer. They are best served warm or room temp. They warm up nicely in the microwave or toaster oven.
Ooh, that soup looks so good! I made nice with my neighbors today and he gave me several eggs because he has a big garden, and lots of chickens. My grandparents had a wee 80 acre cotton farm in Southeast Missouri. Granny had lots of chickens and her eggs tasted so good because they were fresh. Having great weather so far here in the Richmond, Va. area. We are in for a very rainy week this next week. Will leave some red white and blue for now, but will bring the rest out when Labor Day approaches. Day after Labor Day, it all gets packed up and fall explodes all over the place!!

I can't recall if you said your dog was allergic to something. I wonder if you have checked into the dog food that he eats because a lot of dogs can be highly allergic to corn or other ingredients so maybe it could be his dog food that is making him have the allergy. Poor baby , he was scratching a lot.
To this day I get it tortilla is Hispanic but why Italians make that type tortilla soup I suffered as a kid idk why why!! I’ve tried to make peace w it ( soup!😂)

Tip/trick for storage, we use color totes for seasons. Christmas is green/red, Halloween is Orange/Black etc. Visually helps in the storage shed.😊
