House newcomer Gabby Prescod reveals she already knows Danielle, but as the girl who slept with her former boyfriend while they were dating. Danielle explains to Gabby that she had no idea he was in a relationship at the time, and the two have a cheers over their "shared" experience. And Carl was a good employee UNTIL Lindsey got involved with him. She’s got a plan mapped out,marriage,kids and how much money she wants her old man to make and Carl just had to be the next victim in her sights.

Kyle's feelings about Carl are completely valid, unfortunately addicts hurt the ones closest to them the most.
I agree. Carl bringing up his sobriety in literally every single conversation makes me think she shouldn't be on the show. So you have issues with advertising for Loverboy where your job entail basically just promoting and taking pictures but you have zero issues with being in a house where people drink 24/7? I think he was expecting Loverboy *cpny which he HAS A STAKE IN* to pay him his usual appearance fee.
True..and now add Lindsey ( whom I believe is controlling) to the mix.Not good…smh

Part of sobriety and recovery is acknowledging your failures. Caroll failed in many aspects related to work and he’s not accepting that and owning up to it. He thinks that because he’s sober he’s much more valuable

kyle was right to be angry and fed up with carl but exposing his personal business and using his addiction as a gotcha moment or to hold over his head was wrong. if you truly had your friend’s back because you cared for them and wanted them to succeed, anything that’s going on now shouldn’t change that.
Danielle reminds me of me. She has a savior complex where her self worth is tied to her loyalty and need to be needed. It’s one thing to be a good friend and stick up for your friends, but if you go back seasons you’ll see that this is a pattern where she is loyal to a fault. If you have blind loyalty, you aren’t doing it for the right reasons. You’re doing it because it’s how you feel worthy. This always ends in demise because the most blindly loyal end up hurt by those who benefit from it. I empathize with Danielle because I’ve been just like her in all my close relationships and ended up burned every single time. Lots of therapy is teaching me to give that back to myself. I wish the same for her because she’s fiercely protective and deserves to have her own back!! I wonder what happened in her childhood that made her feel like her worth was dependent upon serving the needs of others.
I think it’s codependency. Lindsay won’t even be this loyal to her.
