Everything apple has done is take good ideas and improve upon them. but they seems to fall short on that as well lately
wardope You'd have to be blind to think that Apple's never invented or at least innovated on products to perfect them. Its not wrong though, they predicted iPads with FaceTime and Siri. Sure you could say they were seen in pop culture but Apple predicated that this would be what life would be like. And they got the date almost spot on to the release of Siri.

wardope Whats your definition of invention though? Because Apple invented their products being iPhone, iPad, iMac etc, and they changed the world for a lot of reasons. Any invention is a combination of existing ideas to create something new and better than what may already exist. No one prior to the Lisa had a mouse, even if apple didnt actually invent it, they were the first to implement it. Alongside on screen typography and fonts. Theres a lot of things we take for granted that Apple made, the world would be hugely different without them.

GUI was stolen from MS The iPod was stolen from Kane kramer. 1978 or 9 i belive. the touch screen was invented by a company called fingerWorks and bought by apple many years later. Microsoft had a tablet on the marked back in 2002 thats 8 years before the first iPad in april 3rd 2010 oh yeha and fuijtsu had a device to handel inventory management called the iPad. back in 2002. it ran Microsoft's CE.NET and was a Touch device as well. Oh i almost forgot the HP / Compay iPAQ. back in 2000. was a touch device as well. Apple did not invent the iPad, iPhone, or the iMac. They took existing technology and improved it changed the design to a more astechic pleasing design then they and named it the iPad, iPhone and iMac. it was nothing new at all ? if they invented it why did they not file for patent on it ? (Dont stat saying that they did) because it was not patentable Wonder why! They Stole everything. Nothing has ever left apple as a product they can say they have invented.
