I sometimes go to visit there cause my great aunt lives there, and its really calm and beautiful. The only problem that happens is when you live or go to the upper parts of the mountain in those neighborhoods sometimes bears come down, but usually its calm
That mountain with the V summit reminds me of Toussaint in Witcher 3

It's a beautiful city, the only downside is that it's the priciest in the country
