Is this part of some farmers driveway, because its not much wider. How can any1 race on this crap. Follow the leader or crash. And whats with that fkn kink around the grandstand on the straight. Im amazed that any1 wants to race on this.
This is the oldest NASCAR sanctioned track in the country, and the drivers and fans DO enjoy racing on it. The tight configuration makes for some really crazy passing. You are basing your self righteous assumption on a HIGHLIGHT video while clearly never having actually watched a full race there. The kink in the front stretch is just a unique aspect to the speedway, and no- it’s not some farmer’s driveway. It’s actually used during the week as the local high school’s football stadium.
@Lowlife-jc8us Sure, but there's 1 nascar cup race in america every week. Bowman gray is very much a weekly racing track and gets a huge crowd every week while competing against tons of pavement short tracks in that area. You really only see crowds like this (17,000+) at major dirt track racing events or NASCAR/Indycar races
Its an honor getting to see Burt Meyers still rocking it at Bowman Gray. Im also grateful for the channels broadcasting for us who live abroad
I feel like this track would still be hype with just a smidge more banking on those corners. Really is short track racing tho 😂
Is this a go-kart track!? EXTREMELY small and UNSAFE... Holy Sh!t
Self righteous comments about this track are so annoying, if you don't like it don't watch
Precisely
Self righteous comments about other comments are so annoying. If you don’t like it don’t read them.

Am I the only one who’s tired of hearing the”by the grace of God and 600hp” thing on Flo?
Try the mute button- or just ignoring it.
as a life long racer its kinda by the grace of my wallet...
I am and here in New England you only hear that at the Spring Sizzler, Fall Final and Tour Type Modified races in northern New England

Of all the hillbilly tracks, this is by far the hillbilliest.
It’s entertaining, unique and the oldest track in NASCAR- pretty cool stuff.
See all those fans in the stands?
