- Agrarlohn Müritz beim häckseln von Grünroggen mit einem Claas Jaguar 980 und Direct Disk 600. Für den Transport sind verschiedene Fendt Traktoren und ein MAN TGS 18.510 im Einsatz, der Auflieger des MAN ist mit Hundegang ausgestattet. Verladen wird von einem Claas Torion 1914 auf die bereitstehenden LKW. Auf dem Silo ist ein Claas Xerion 4200 mit Zwillingen im Einsatz. Viel Spaß beim anschauen.
Chopping green rye with a Claas Jaguar 980 and Direct Disk 600 by a local contractor. Various Fendt tractors and a MAN 18.510 are used for transport, the MAN trailer is manned with crab steering. A Claas Torion 1914 is loading the trucks and Claas Xerion 4200 with twins is used on the pit. Have fun watching.

Greets Stefan. Well I've never seen so much being moved in such a complicated way. Surely the 'crabbing' vehicle was the Claas tractor in the 'yard' although that Krone trailer seemed to have a mind of its own. Glad to see the storks again - (doesn't anyone else film in your area as I've never seen them on any other vids), - Stay safe, Chris.
It is not complicated, the most expensive thing about such an action is when the harvester is standing still. In this way it is always moving and can go on to the next field and don´t need to wait for trucks or tractors. This is done when the transport routes get longer, here it was 30 kilometers one for a round. Greets Stefan

Vielen Dank, hatte mal drüber nachgedacht, aber da ich alles alleine mach, mir zuviel aufwand, heute musst du den Schein machen, Versicherungen abschliesen und vor jedem Start Polizei oder Ordnungsamt um Erlaubnis bitten, das ist mir zuviel Aufwand...könnte man natürlich auch einfach so machen, aber wenn was passiert hast du ein volles Blatt A...karten erwischt, das ist es mir nicht Wert.

Warum genau setzt ihr auf GPS?
Und bringt es nicht viel Verlust, das Häckselgut auf dem Boden Hinzukippen, wann kan ja nicht mehr alles aufsammeln, oder?

Vielen Dank, GPS ist als Tierfutter und für die Biogas, wird wohl Gründe dafür geben, so zu verfahren und die Verluste sind mehr als gering, da es schon gut zusammen geräumt wird und das Silo auf kleiner Fläche gehalten wird. Greets Stefan

Vielen Dank, das kann ich nicht sagen, aber der Radlader wird ja auch für andee Dinge verwendet, wie Dung laden, Strohballen sammeln und laden usw. ,da würde die Maus dann in der Ecke stehen, da entscheidet man sich dann für die Maschine die eine bessere auslastung hat. Greets Stefan

Was mich mal interessieren würde ist, ob sich das am Feld überladen lohnt weil die Traktoren laufen ja auch 60km/h
Ganz wenige, 50 Km/h schon ehr, aber ein LKW läuft 80, somit bräuchte man weit aus mehr Traktorgespanne für die selbe Leistung. Greets Stefan

Random question but why do a majority of the lorry's on the continent have a single rear axle, whereas in the UK most lorries seem to have two rear axles?
The fact is, 5 axles are necessary for the 40 tons permissible total weight in Germany, you can support as many axles as you want, there is no rule for, but I don't see the benefit unless the tire dealer is happy. Greets Stefan

Da der Radlader auch für andere Arbeiten wie z.B. Dung und Quaderballen verladen genutzt wird, wo ein Überlader oder ne Maus nix ausrichten können, ist es die effizientere Maschine. Greets Stefan

Thank you for your suggestion, but there are some reasons why I shouldn't. I am german, writing is still possible, but speaking English is more difficult and will anyboby listen to my bad dialect. What would all the others say who do not understand english, but everyone understands the language of the pictures. why are the weights in the back wheels of the tractor?

Because of the traction, somehow, the horsepower must also be converted into traction, a big one like the 9R got more than 6 tons of wheel weights all around.

Because the way was too far for tractors, the trucks could not drive in the field because of the road tires, except the Agrotruck, so this is best way to do the work fast, and the chopper never stands still. Greets Stefan

Nein, das Feldsilo wird auf kleinstem Raum aufgekippt, da gibt es kaum Verluste, ist aber weitaus rentabler, der Häcksler fährt ohne Unterbrechungen und die Transportkolonne hält sich in Grenzen. Greets Stefan

Weil es so effizienter ist, der Transport mit Traktor ist bis 10 bis 15 Kilometer rentabel, danach wird es unwirtschaftlich und es müssen LKW eingesetzt werden. Greets Stefan

Es ist eig echt traurig, das so viel Getreide durch die Biogasanlage geht, und nicht gedroschen wird. Das ist ökologisch und ökonomisch gesehen völlig sinnfrei.
Tja, das darfst du aber nicht den Bauern ankreiden, dafür hau den Grünen auf´s Maul, für die war das in den 90ern das Non plus ultra, wurde auf biegen und brechen von denen umgesetzt und heute machen sie die Landwirte dafür verantwortlich, diese "Nichtsnutztruppe", mir würden noch andere Begriffe einfallen, die darf man aber hier leider nicht verwenden. Die umladerei macht doch keinen Sinn
Klar macht die Sinn, es kommt immer auf die Entfernung an und der Lohner wird das schon Kalkulieren wo Trecker oder LKW rentabler sind, der Häcksler darf halt keinen Stillstand haben und dann ist es schon ein Unterschied ob ich 8 LKW brauche oder 25 Traktorgespanne um das zu vermeiden.
