That depends on the amount of amps that your cUSB charger has. But with a regular iPhone USB charger, I've managed to charge to 100% in about 3 hours. It can be charged enough for one inflation in about 20 minutes.
Rechargeable batteries lose power over time, so I'm not sure. I know for a fact I've managed to inflate 4 tires in a row without it running out of power, but then I didn't need it anymore so I recharged it before next use.
