@@Veslelia_cw he said people would get op really quick so there is no reason to keep playing anymore, which is weird reasoning because people would give up more quickly before they get op because of the boring limit. And the one that stays is the one that pays too much to the game so they feel too invested or the one who has really big patience.
Tbh, I don't know any good way to say something dumb that would ruin genshin for a whole lot of players but I do know a idea I had thought of before that I do hope has a lot of feedback on. RAID BOSSES, I know kind of a stretch but its a good idea though but bear with me... the facct we HAVEN'T gotten something like a Raid boss mode where you could do consitently trying to beat your own personal record or even fight a raid boss with your friends would be every enticing. Yeah It sounds like the whole bit of just Co-op weekly bosses on steroids but it works regardless, It gives players a extra way to play the game, have it act like say be like weeklies were you have a limited amount of attempts a week but you could use condensed resign to get double the rewards, lets be honest that would be extremely good and I hope people would agree with that.
@@huairen-mq9ld fr I don't want to be capped at a level 40 character who I want to use just because I don't have enough boss drops, and grinding artifacts is already miserable enough. Being able to just do it, and then get the rewards would be so much better. As well as the ability to refund levelling materials.
I can't believe anyone would unironically want to remove all of the exploration from the game and just make it an endless miserable grind of domains, it just sounds too asinine to even be real
If you have ever played the game Warframe, that's what that game is basically. Though you are rewarded for at least 'exploring' inside the domains themselves. That game is easy to sink 1000+ hours into, I'm at 3k myself I think. It's hard to enjoy genshin when there's a cap on stuff I want to grind for, when I can switch to Warframe and basically never be maxed out
I enjoy exploring, but I hate knowing there are chests with loot in them somewhere on my map and could spend hours to maybe find some. I just wish the treasure compass worked more like the oculus finder with (almost?) global range instead of a tiny portion of the map
@@KingMasteron1 That has nothing to do with how exploration impacts Genshin. If you remove that, you've removed essentially half of the game's core design and pretty much all of the relaxing downtime you would have between mind numbing grind tasks. I haven't played Warframe, but I reckon that game was designed differently.
@@fluffygalaxy6 Personally, I'm glad it tells you the exact direction where a chest is rather than putting a marker on your map, but its range can be expanded greatly, and it absolutely should not have a 30 second cooldown for literally no reason.
I don't blame them tbh, Genshin's combat system is so amazing that I'd honestly like it if there was a DLC or a "roguelike-ish" version of the abyss, where through multiple runs you can unlock new characters to use, weapons, etc. Just. Don't. Remove. It. From. The. Main. Game. Please.
Also Genshin having too many Characters who uses a Polarm, Bow and swords users like Amber and Kayea for example and second also they should remove the trail characters Reputation quest in all the reigns characters & weapons banners and third permanently removing the primogems and the shop too cause spending your cold hard cash from either working in a job or doing chores around the community is not easy at all and you don't want to waste all that hard work money just for some Gacha game right.
@@oliviaaargh week late but from what I understand: "Genshin has too many polearm, swords and bow users... Secondly, they should also remove trial characters, and reputation quests, and weapon and character banners... and third they should remove primogems because people work hard to earn money and cant use it on a gacha game"
I don't understand people who want Genshin to have less exploration. Exploration is what Genshin is built upon. Taking it away is like removing half the content. Exploration is one of the main reasons why Genshin will be unlikely to receive endgame content despite its combat system being pretty fantastic. I love being side tracked by exploration because it makes the world feel so alive and so full of wonder, and it makes the game feel overly full. Zelda: TOTK is a wet dream for me. I cannot stay on the main quest for more than 5 minutes because of how easy it is to become side tracked.
I guess it goes with an assumption as to where dev time will be spent. A lot of time no doubt goes into making all that exploration, but once we explore it, it is pretty much dead space barring some material farming. And for what? Some chests that offer a pretty pitiful amount of primos. Just look at the size of Sumeru, and how much of that is pretty much wasted space now. So if a portion of that time instead went into something that stays relevant longer... Of course, that makes assumptions that most likely won't hold up. Like that the dev time would be spent elsewhere, rather than Hoyoverse just pocketing the savings. Or that we would have more rewarding stuff to do, when Genshin has been and continues to be very stingy in terms of rewards. And that dev time couldn't instead be spent on something that keeps the thrill of exploration alive longer. And, lastly, that the devs of Genshin aren't aiming at some set amount of play time average... that they don't want it to go higher. Overall, though, while I do think Sumeru is a bit too big, I do like that they keep adding new content. When you have a new area to explore, that's generally the most fun time of the game (though we really need the ability to voluntarily up the WL above 8 already). And what it'll mean for new players, especially a couple of years into the future... they'll have such a huge world to explore.
I enjoy exploration but my head hurts when I gotta go underground or climb some mountains I loved sumeru desert cause it’s mostly flat I haven’t touch the underground area yet tho also the puzzles in genshin isn’t exactly good compared to maybe Zelda I haven’t played zelda but heard that it’s more interactive
same but i hate that i HAVE to do specific quests to even try to explore certain areas like in zelda i CAN go to the thunder sky island without fishing the quest for it butttttt its gonna be a pain in the ass to explore tbh i just want more quest blocked areas to function like seirai island i can explore it without quests but its much harder to explore
I wonder if some of those people don’t know that hub based action RPGs exist? If I just want mindless combat, I’ll go to any one of the indie titles that just have “select mission” right out of the main menu: definitely won’t play Genshin to scratch that itch.
Genshin's strengths are exploration and world-building lore through environmental story-telling. Before people would always complain that Genshin is so stingy with their rewards. While that may have been true, nowadays Genshin actually has a lot of primogem and fate rewards for exploration and world quests. As someone who has played both Breath of the Wild and played Genshin since its release, I actually ended up liking Genshin more in general for the world-building and environmental lore. Of course it's not perfect, but if people don't like exploration, maybe they should find another game. I wish them luck with enjoying Honkai Star Rail or something else.
Its a bad idea from business standpoint but it would be a salvation for unlucky players if they could exchange their unwanted cyno for a hutao someone doesn't use, for example. Just gotta be an item/character of the same value, no middleman currency.
@zanr6943 but that only works for items currently present;; In a situation where person A has multiple handguards just sitting in their inventory but they're having a hard time looking for scarabs, and person B has several scarabs collecting dust but needs more handguards for their ayaka, allowing trading between these two players would solve their problems quickly (After all, waiting for enemies to respawn and traveling across the desert to find one bug just accelerates player burn out)
Tighnari Mains sweating coz during the Tighnari quest dude had Nobless, with Hunters Path, resulting in already 105ish CR. That's before you discover THIS IS C3 TIGHNARI WITH THE C1 BONUS OF ANOTHER 15 WHOLE ASS CR IN HIS CHARGED ATTACKS!!!!
Rather than unlimited resin, I would rather have UNLIMITED Fragile Resin Cap or at least increase it since there are days that I do not have time to play the game at times and condensing them would be great and I would play the game a little bit more during times I am free.
@@TheCheeseman1983 with condensed resin ur kinda just reinvesting your time, its not at all the same as removing resin entirely. unlimited condensed cap might be a bit extreme though bc then you might just never be bothered to play again but it does definitely need to be higher
I hate PVP in gachas because they just aren't fair. The top of the rankings will always be the Whales who spend who knows how much to have all the best characters at their maximum potential.
And they'd be sitting in their own highest rank while all the normal people would enjoy lower ranks and there's nothing wrong with it. Look at honkai's abyss. That's pvevp though but your point easily applies to that concept too.
@@mangshu21 No, a direct pvp wouldn't work when a ganyu can oneshot any of your chars across the arena. But pvevp aka who kills a boss faster with a leaderboard, 20 people per bracket, different leagues and different rewards tied to them has been proven to work, whether you're a whale or not. All the whales in such a system usually just camp in the highest rank and enjoy 20 extra primos a week after selling both their kidneys and their house while you can stay a rank below by buying a monthly sub or being a veteran player.
Additionally those gacha games have atrocious levels of powercreep. One of the more well known games that has this issue to the max is Fire Emblem heroes. Every half a year or so, they'd release a unit, that would eb nigh untouchable by about 99% of the previous cast. And if you wanted to stay sorta relevant, you better go get that new meta-defining unit or suffer.
its better to improve some rewards, like first daily run in domain gives 4-6 artefacts, 3-4 boss items instead of 2-3. Killing a boss 20 tiems to raise 1 char isnt funny.
Nah, the problem isn't resin, but artifacts. Without dumping tons of resin in artifact, we can build every char we want. I'm already have 150 fragile resin... They should make artifact system better, so people spend less resin on that
@@pontoancora Blame the terrible rng drops from artifacts where hp% and def% have greater chances to drop in th both mainstats and substats. Like there is 2% chance of circlet to has em as its mainstat, this is why until now i don't have em circlet from viridescent venerer for my kazuha. I personally want more fair drops with balanced drops between hp%, def% flat hp and def and crit dmg, crit rate, em and energy recharge
Either that, uncapping/raising the cap on resin massively (so you can for example gather up resin during week for a farming session on weekend), or making the rng somewhat better. While I see the point of "people would burn themselves out", I think being forced to spend resin daily on trash is what burns even more. You can go a whole week, or a month, spending resin every day, and not get any progress (or tiny at best). Many times have I had days when I just don't have time or will for domains, while on other days, I wanted to play more, but was stopped artificially because of resin.
I genuinely think more 5stars in the standard would be better IF they add a system like the weapon banner has in which you can target a specific one and guarantee getting it at some point.
@@ilEagle3696a one time thing but its better than nothing . they already have the systems in place would it really be so bad to have an epitomized path on standard.. the luck on weap banner is bad enough already anyway lol

Characters like Ayato and Yoimiya will shred your HP. - Claymore has Huge Stun Damage and Knockback. - An Immortal Kokomi will out time and Out heal. - If 4*. Kaveh can also be Dangerous at C6. I played Guardian Tale and against Whales? Haha... Even with x10 Health. You will be torn to Shred. I would go on but you get the Picture. Even without Whales or cons, you can and will suffer since a lot of characters so very Offensive, even Physical Zhongli, will hurt.
This reminds me of a change I really want to see in the game. AFK arena has a feature called the cart where you can put in a unit, reset it to level one, and get back all the resources invested in it. I am sure a lot of players have invested in units they ended up not using, and I know I have, so I would love to see this!
Oo yes I like this idea. I want to do that with my Rosaria. I leveled her up to 80 to use with my Ayaka only to immediately bench her and use Diona instead. I’d like to get my resources back!
This would be awful. You’d have to lose resources in the process much like sacrificing a leveled artifact to another. If they didn’t do that, folks would play musical chairs with builds. Hoyo does not want that. With that in mind it’d be a newbie trap.
Seems like it would cause a ton of CS headaches from people accidentally resetting characters, or resetting and then changing their minds. Much like deleting characters, some features just aren’t viable as they must protect players from themselves.
Yea ive wanted this to be a thing but itd have to be diminishing returns bc then you would just be shuffling around your characters the moment you stop using someone and youd also get carpal tunnel from all the exp books youd have to use
Deleting characters is an extremely stupid idea, BUT it would actually be really really cool if you could HIDE characters. I don't use Dori I never use Dori I don't want to acknowledge Dori I want to forget Dori Especially for me, a sad sad Playstation player, having to cycle through every single character is extremely annoying, let me get them out of my main character menu and just let them sit in some "hidden charactere" menu
@@Axterix13 Yes, it does. I play on playstation and use the favorites feature for all the characters I don't have max friendship on and the 5 stars I like using that arent on a permanent team.

@@ms.sysbit5511Exactly, especially considering that the "just in case" they hope to not have to run into probably is... not having enough resources to level a character! The opportunity to use your fragile resin safely is right there!

It is always naptime for Sayu. Diona is a catgirl, and cats are crepuscular, so she'd actually tend to be more active around 8 PM. Who knows if Qiqi sleeps at all, what with being a zombie. Nahida is a god who has forgotten far more about bedtime than you've ever known. And that just leaves Klee...
About artifact set, I don't want to have a 5 piece bonus, but I would like to have something like a 1 piece bonus. And they even have this thing in the game, with 4* crowns that give you buffs. I just wish that they would explore this a little bit more.
I remembered someone on Twitter (yes I know) want Genshin to have longer combat animations like hsr because they're way more pretty. They also called Genshin's elements are boring because anemo is always gonna be turquoise, pyro is always gonna be red, electro's gonna be purple, when hsr has different color element for every single character (like Jing Yuan and Serval are both lightning yet their in game element animation look different). I know hsr has million things that make it better than genshin (and vice versa), but I don't think these people understand basic game design when they tweeted this
Childe (The only blue thing are his eyes): Barbara (Same, but her outfit have some blue, still mainly white): Rosaria (Cold color palet, but not blue): Kazuha(no explanation needed): Albedo (chalk): Kaveh (Red and white): Diona (Pinkish): Razor (All but purple): Cyno (Only have purple there and here, but not a lot): Heizou (Like Kazuha): Sayu (Greenish, but not the Anemo one): And more, I'm jusf too lazy to say all
I think the most interesting suggestions are the ones that actually have some support because people don't actually understand why what they're asking is bad. Not having everything handed to the players gives them a goal to pursue. Imagine if you could choose the stats on your artifacts for example. It would take a day or two to gear up a new character and it would be over
I think the "choosing stats" should have gone with either Star Rail or Skullgirls Mobile. In Star Rail, you can choose the main stat, but in Skullgirls Mobile, you can reroll the substats using the item, "Retakes".
I feel like they need to go play a challenging single player game normally, then with some big chests on. You get real bored with cheats after a certain point.
Any pvp/leader board gameplay would suck but the ability to toggle friendly fire in open world would be super fun Also with old and underperforming 5*s, I would just start putting them in events and shops so that the standard banner is not too crowded
Also, iirc, they literally can't put older event exclusive 5* in standard because they weren't marketed as such. It's why Albedo wasn't eventually made as standard 5* or any older geo 5*.
Instead of deleting characters, having a 100% refund for all the resources you put in them would be so nice. Because I started to raise Xinyan when I first started the game (lowkey love her character and combat even though she is a pain to build) and I regret wasting my resin on her. Because the amount of resin they give you is so minimal this would help people out a ton.
i looked at how much purple books benny needs for 87-90.. That was 90 purple books.. No thanks. You wanna spend a MONTH on 10 lvels go ahead. Don't try to convince the rest of us to waste time on xp books leylines.
Honestly PVP versus your friends sounds pretty fun. You can mess around with your lineups, make it fair if someone has better weapons or stuff like that, or just see who's better. As long as it isn't attached to matchmaking or a leaderboard, PVP would be a fun addition to the game.
I would say they nerfed the difficulty to find or get to oculuses a lot in sumeru. In mond and liyue i had to stratch my head a lot to figure out where they were (which now sounds weird to me as they had no underground before) but in sumeru maybe a bit in inazuma too, but not a lot I could tell from a glance where the position might be.
Idk about that I don’t remember clearly maybe my brain is trying to keep me safe from the torture of finding the oculusus over the years but wasn’t one of the oculusus in inazuma locked behind a super long quest
Lmao the last one is so confusing to me. You want less exploration? Like HI3? Then go and play HI3. I like exploration and hate combat so I play genshin and I don't play HI3. It's literally that simple.
My personal Idea was to add a 6th universal artifact slot where you place any piece from any set- on paper this would allow for more variety with builds since players would be able to choose between getting the 4-piece bonus+a 2-piece bonus of a different set or the 2-piece bonus from 3 different sets And just to be clear- my Idea is that EVERY character has access to this- I'd lock this behind some kind of character quest that unlocks at a high friendship level or something like that Edit: I just realized that this is almost exactly what star rail did (though TBF, I've had this idea regarding genshin for nearly a year now)
@@eulalord9617yes- though to be more exact getting to friendship 10 would unlock a "Rank Up" domain that upon completion would unlock the 6th slot for that specific character. I was inspired by the rank-up quests from FGO- where upon completion they unlock an upgrade for one part of a that character's kit And the light/shadow point system from Another Eden- where upon reaching a certain amount of points for a character it unlocks an extra skill slot
@@aliwi3476 perhaps, but one of the major points of my idea is that this upgrade is OPTIONAL- if you don't want to unlock the 6th slot then you just don't have to
This may sound crazy to you some of you but my favorite event was the drink-mixing one! As a Stardew/Pokemon/not-a-real-gamer kind of gamer, it was so relaxing and immersive, and I felt like I got to spend time just being a resident of Monstadt. Love how you didn't like the suggestion to remove all the non-combat events either Great video as always Ratheil!
Never understood the "Put less desirable characters in the Standard Banner. " Like who the F gets to decide who's less "valuable" Why should someone's favorite characters be shoved into the standard because there not "Meta" enough or less popular Most people don't dump primogens on standard so do some people expect others to wait and hope to get there favorites. You can get Klee just wait for 180 tickets 5 you get monthly IF you've been wishing an you get 4 through the battle pass or you can just dump Primogens That's so shitty to expect while someone can just whale on limited
The only time that Leaderboards would work is for the TCG because you can't whale your way through that one. Though it would probably get toxic as hell
Trading charcters and artifacts? no. Trading boss mats, enemy mats and local specialties? yes. I always let people in my word who need mats but I have been the seeker and sometimes it is daunting to find another world to get stuff from.
Honestly, PVP could work if they did it Tower of Fantasy style where your weapons and constellations and artifacts are all normalized to negate any whaling. The Devs would allow you to choose a character, but they would set the levels, artifacts, skills, weapons, and constellations as static to level the field between whales and normies. The problem is reactions. Freezing would be busted and frustrated. Overloaded would be incredibly frustrating unless you had a shielder like Zhongli. And then you have characters like Venti and Kazuha that would either need nerfed or their they would just be broken in PVP. So yes, it could work if the game wasn’t Genshin.
I want friendly fire in co-op makes co op less boring and pointless besides it would probably create some funny moments in co op and you can get kinda a pvp from that
@@your_waifu_hates_you eh. They would first have to create a co-op that matters. You go into any co-op with a C6 Eula and everything just disappears. The modes are just not made for a good co-op experience.
4:32 TP removal: sad noises of a person who missed TP tutorial in the beginning and had teleportation in a blind spot of mind for a whole 1st month of playing (I've been activating waypoints, getting primos and then "I guess they are prettier in blue?"). Well, it wasn't that bad, full immersion, but Dragonspine and Jueyun Karst without TP were... a bit traumatizing.
I think the ONLY way a leaderboard would work is if they had like different leaderboards depending on how much money you spent. Still probably not a good idea.
These are my bad suggestions: 1. Make towns as a community gathering site 2. Make weapons, lv 1 characters, and artifacts tradable in towns 3. Make resin craftable/ grindable
Instead of 5piece set bonus, what about 1 piece bonus? Like, a small bonus, for example, 5% def when equiping one husky piece, 0.5% more movement speed when equiping one VV, etc. This way, the flex piece would not be harmed, and actualy would provide more benefits.
That’s actually a great idea, but it would miss the point of being n off piece cause people would get obsessed trying to find the one with the best effect for that character, so it would restrict more cause I don’t think they would want to have 5% more defense when they could have 5% more atk
One thing I do wish is for Genshin is to add an extra world level that would raise the enemy's levels by a pretty decent margin. Of course this could detract from the casual nature of the game but they could just not add any rewards to this world level and we already have an option to lower our WL so I feel that they really need to add this one in so that the enemies won't feel trivialized and make grinding satisfactory again(and so we can also hear more of the combat OST so that's a plus).
The delete characters opinion kinda could be useful. Maybe not delete all together but they could add an option that let's you degrade characters or weapons so you can get the materials back for another character. You've already farmed and earned the materials so it's not like you'd just be getting them for free.
The funny part of people asking for older 5 stars to be added into the standard banner is that it’s literally illegal to do. China’s laws where MiHoYo is based specifically makes this illegal aka selling something as limited and then making it always available.
You are funny. You are telling people who want PvP to better go try a game focused on it because it's more balanced. These people don't want a balanced PvP experience, they just want to stomp other players with their money. I would tell them to play a garbage gacha game like Diablo Immortal if they want p2w pvp.
The only thing I want changed is that I feel like quiting every time I do a week of artifact farming I can do tallent farming even in mondstadt for a month and be fine but 2 days of artifacts and I'm already thinking of just not playing till I can go back to character mat farming
I have a tiny suggestion 1 gold wish as a birthday gift One time use on any banner Always guaranteed 5 star and doesnt reset pity Expires on your next birthday and does not stack
Maybe then it would be better to get an invitation letter or something that allows you to invite any character you want, a problem i can see with a wish is that not everyone will be reran in one year, and if you wait a whole year with no worth it characters to pull and you get to a banner that is equally as worthless to you as the others, it might feel like a wasted wish. With an invitation letter, you can directly pick whoever you want immediately.
@@MondayAgainBip That would defeat the purpose of having a golden fate wish and plus hoyoverse aint willing to just give you a invitation card of choice. It would be best to see which banner you want most and wish on that banner.
I hate the combat events. It's not even like I have weak characters, I can obliterate combat events. It's just... they're boring, repetitive and give me no enjoyment outside of events like Labyrinth Warriors from Inazuma. To me, the worst part of Genshin IS the repetitive combat that does not change outside of building new characters. Button mashing is boring. And as much as I hate the combat stuff, I wouldn't want it to go away. I understand it's a big part of the game and a massive piece of why people play the game itself. I dont want that to go away. Although I admit i'm a little salty when it comes to people complaining like "boo hoo I have to play the card game", like bitch I gotta play the Abyss only renamed with weird random buffs every event, you can play one damn card game.
The Resin system on Genshin isn't outright bad as part of a gacha, but there are some things they could do to help players out with it, like using HSR's recovery rate of 6 minutes per Resin instead of 8. HYV could also stand to give players more opportunities to acquire level-up materials for their artifacts. As for the Standard Banner, if I were to re-work it to improve it for players, while trying to fit it somewhat nicely with HYV's business model, I would split it into Standard Regional Banners behaving as follows: 1. Each Standard Regional Banner would be introduced no less than 16 patches after the initial release of each respective region, giving ample time for HYV to build up a roster of characters for each banner, and would be permanent. 2. Only five 5-Star characters from each region would be permanently featured on their respective Regional Banner initially, along with their respective 5-Star weapons. Other 5-Star characters and their weapons may be added later, depending on their age, and how few opportunities there are to place them on Featured banners. 3. One set of 4-Star weapons that belongs to each respective region would be permanently featured, along with all the weapons from the "Wanderer's Troupe" series. 4. Since there are an uneven number of 4-Star characters per region, every 4-star character would remain on all banners, save for current releases. 5. Losing the 50/50 on Featured Banners would result in one of any one 5-Star character in the combined pool of Standard Regional Banners.
The recovery rate and cap in SR may be higher, but more resource are required, the end result being that the grind takes longer overall. I'm not sure that's an improvement.
@@effortlessfury In truth, I haven't really delved into the math of HSR's resource allocation. Either way, I would only want for the Resin regen to be on par with HSR's, not resource allocation.
@@SpinDlsc The two are intrinsically linked. Increase regen increases allocation. Increasing allocation while decreasing allocation to maintain balance just means playing more often for the same amount of materials.
Alternative good method of the character deletion: have a character DISABLING option in the Archive (the one that shows every character) that either puts characters you have disabled at the end of the Character menu (the one that shows only characters you have) or just removes them entirely from that menu. Just removes needless clutter in a game where, statistically, you will own units you don't like and don't want to build.
There are a lot of issues with the exploration aspect of genshin that make it entirely plausible for a lot of people to hate explore, myself included. The first is stamina expenditure when running, and they fixed that in star rail. The second is the extremely slow and tedious pace of climbing in the game, anyone who's explored the peaks of liyue knows the hell it is. And no, the Leaf Sigils and those geyses on the chasm are not good ways to fix that. The third is the movement itself of the characters, things like double jump, air dash, mounts, or trinkets with specific functions could make the whole process more fluid and fun, the tower of fantasy has several examples of things they could add to the game in that regard. The fourth is that exploration is not rewarding enough, and I'm not just talking about the crumbs of gems they give, it's about the poverty of resources that each chest provides.
HSR is essentially corridors. If the entirety of Genshin map is designed like Star Rail, it would be one of the worst open world ever created. HSR doesn't have tall cliffs and elevation because the map is flat and has litttle to no depths.
@@thienphucn1 I didn't say that the genshin map should be made like Star rail, what I said is that they realized that spending stamina while running is a bad mechanic and didn't put it there. When I mentioned star rail there I was only referring to the first point of my comment, I apologize if the sentence was confusing.
You might just not like exploring if you arent taking pics or only looking for chests. Because stamina foods exists. And stamina replenishes pretty quickly when your looking around.
I mean, leaderboards for abyss is an alright idea. Whales already get so much hate, yet they can’t even enjoy the game because it’s much easier for them. Let them at least compete for places, that wouldn’t hurt anybody.

3:56 Spectres, Oceanid spawns, and Slimes explode on death It got quite routine for me when farming Spectres and Oceanid to just switch to a high HP character or run away if I thought the health bar was empty.
Damn... I understand why people would want to remove resin. We all get sick of the Irminsul rat race from time to time, but at that point if you could grind resources for free ad infinitum, why even make people farm for them any more? Just put a vending machine next to every Katheryne that spits out talent books and lvl 20 artifacts. The game would (rightfully) lose its fun factor within hours of this hypothetical change being implemented.
Honestly Genshin Pvp would unironically work if its a separate game like a 3v3 but you can switch characters like the original game and not just straight up put 1 to 1 PvE turn to PvP or just who kills more enemies but just straight up make a new game and make targeting system manually because its fun to keep on switching characters and every character acts like a skill or weapons that has HP and when you ran out your screwed. Like Example Zhongli , Bennet , Kokomi would be your frontliners and for mobility you got Yelan, Wanderer Xiao etc.. Dps Ganyu Tignhari, Close Quarters Diluc, Klee etc. And other roles like buffers and stuff. Like I think that would be a genuine fun game and of course they wont add constellations or weapons. And if you wonder how Hoyoverse would monetize is just make skins Gacha.
Finally, someone points out those bad ideas that ppl think it would make the game better but fails to realize how it's gonna affect the majority of the player base and the future of the game
I wouldn’t be mad at a limited event where you could do dungeons of some kind with preset characters, such as the type of domains some people made in the current domain maker
As a C3 Qiqi owner, I really wish I could trade her for anyone else, like just for one Shinobu, for example, and it saddens me that I won't ever be able to do that. It's sad that they won't implement trading because people will abuse it
Same. I wish I could trade my Klee, but if Hoyo made a trading system, Players would abuse it by creating alt accounts and trade it to their main accounts which ruins the point of wishing characters, and most importantly... Hackers. Hackers could steal your characters they want and trade it to their account.
3:27 Bennet yeeting Diona was too hilarious not to mention Great bad suggestions and the rationale for/against them! A lot of this makes me reconsider some things (like the reality mentioned about unlimited resin) and in a way, it helps identify what actual good improvements would be I personally wish there were far more non-combat aspects (like possibly skills/hobbies/craftables, etc - I know many complain about fishing, the Teapot, and TCG for instance but I like that it gives more things to do than simply grind). I also wish the world were even more immersive, like getting to see characters sporadically popping up in lore-relevant spots and getting to interact with them, the animals, and just...getting to experience it even more "alive" than it currently is I cannot comprehend anyone who wants less exploration, lore, character development, or reasons to play
I dunno what that little guy running across the bottom is, but the moment I realized there was something weird happening with the graphic on my time bar and oh oops it's actually part of the video itself, I stopped checking the time bar.
I would argue if pvp existed as in character hits character it would be funny. The best team would probably be Zhongli Diona Qiqi and Wanderer. 3 defense and one guy that is just hard to hit. Hyperbloom would be even more op and using freeze as one shot combos would break the game. it would simply be whoever aproaches fails to hit a burst in time gets instantly obliterated. this also makes clamore characters useless.
About the ranked leaderboard, everyone has the opportunity to play with the team of the person currently with the highest score on the leaderboard to try and beat it, that way everyone will have the whale gear available of the best current player and have a chance to beat the high score, or if your team is better then you stand a chance to put your team on display for everyone to use (this will be for fun with no rewards included ofc)
How about we can exchange constellations like you have a c6 Bennet and before you use it you change it to kuki Shinobu or if you lose 50/50 but have the character use a bunch of resources and have that constellation
for me the oculi halfway to celestia are my favs just bc i have to think and strategize about how to get to them. esp when so many puzzles are just shoot the thing with the element
For the last one: honkai and genshin are absolutely different games. Sure they are from the same company but they are different types of games and what hoyo wants to achieve with them is different one is a money maker and the other is a passion project. Honkai doesn't need exploration because it's appeal is its story and characters. It sucks at worldbuilding that's why there's barely any exploration gameplay. Genshin on the other hand, is the opposite of Honkai. The world building and gameplay is amazing but the characters are very plain like, sure there are backstories and lore and stuff but you'd have to read and go through things just to learn it.
- a lot of games have permanent characters in standard that also have rate up banners rerun occasionally. - non combat events are fine, but some requires u to spend annoyingly long amount of time and quite a bit of fetch quest with a lot of walking (the belobog museum event is so bad in this regard. not only over time the npc gets further and further in the museum that u cannot fast travel to, u also have to place the exhibits yourself (even tho the text says the staff does it) instead of just talking to the receptionist to complete each task. i dont even bother doing "make your own domain". not even with primo rewards. shits take too much time and u have to test it too. - removing resin is bad, both to players and game. why? some players will farm non stop and widens the gap between casual and hardcore, which will affect how they balance contents (abyss is already so badly inflated now because some people think its too easy). this will make getting new players hard and in turn stagnates the game growth (if not slowly killing it). theres also the issue of people dropping dead or sick due to overgrinding
Genshin had PvP experiences in the past. They don’t have to be combat related or even if they are they can force everyone to use pre-built characters at C0.
I'm fine-ish with resin (although i wish the cap or recharge is higher) but i hate the daily-rotation for upgrade materials thing with a passion. I'm usually busy on during the entire day on multiple weak days. And i can say, for alot characters, i cna only farm their stuff on sunday becaus eof this. And this is sooo annoying, because i have to map out which character/weapon i now want to prioritise because i pretty much only got the sunday to farm. For this, i'd also love to be able to save up more resin. Like, let me craft fragile moons with them, if i don't use them. You can even do it at a ratio, like invest 90 to get a moon to get 60 resin back at a later point. But having to call a grinding session to a close because of the stupid limit and too many characters in work-progress (or rather, it's still my first team..) because you're out of resin just feels bad. Also i would appreciate older 5* characters getting into the common pool or at least Hoyo giving more than two banners per round. Some poor souls haven't had a banner in multiple years and it's only getting worse as the game goes on.
I’ll try my hand at making a decent suggestion in the face of all of these dreadful ones. Multiplayer campaigns would be domains that reset every 3.5 days and can only be played in co-op and require some level of team co-ordination. The challenges these domains may pose can range from mini games similar to those seen in lantern rite where players compete for high scores, or raid bosses with souped up world bosses, sometimes even weekly bosses. The incentive to do these? Primos (as always). At any one time, only 4 will be available at once, and players can change the difficulty for better rewards, and at most, only around 320 primos can be obtained from one rotation if all of the rewards are claimed.
I don't really understand why PVP would be bad. It doesn't have to give rewards, it just would be nice to have it as an option for something you can do with friends
Imagine getting petrified by zhongli's meatball and then the next thing is you cant hit him for like basically forever because his shield is always uptime. And you're using dehya
They'd basically have to completely rewrite the game from the ground up, and at that point why play genshin when you can play something that was actually made for that kind of gameplay.
4:07 I know a game (Jedi Fallen Order) where this does happen, but it's only a specific enemy (The Nydak/Alpha Nydak) and it can still be dodged/blocked. Additionally, its more of a one last swing and then dies thing
Trading could be good if and only if Player 1 spend 40 resin and requests player 2 to kill a boss on their behalf. When player 2 accept the request they kill the requested boss and the boss drops automatically transfer to player 1 scaled with their world level. It could help new players who got a character from a far away region to build that character at least to some degree. And also give higher AR players something to do while chilling at the top. When snezhnaya comes around that will be very valuable. But the problem is, it might make players not want to progress the story. For that maybe they could limit the number of requests to 1 or 2 per day. Idk it's just me thinking out loud.
2 ideas that r probably rn't that thought through: •"2nd abyss" with endless battles and survival challenges (fight until u die/ don't die against 3 Maguu Kenki AND the Thunder Manifestation) •Artifact rush hour (play the artifact domain like 4-5 times in direct succession for a fixed main stat, keep 1-2 of the drops with the rest being converted into lv-up-mats or smth like that)
If it were possible, I'd like to see a method of getting constellations from rolling for extra characters. If I can get Constellations for Itto or Alhaitham while rolling on a Yae banner, I'd spend a lot more money more often.
PvP Gacha exists, there are a lot of them which are basically the same game with a different skin. It's the type that puts you on a map to be attacked by all the whales, leaving you without any resources and making any progression impossible unless you whale too.
They need add path to standard banner like choose character you want and it will be guaranteed in 90 pulls, because now we have many standard characters that you don't have for example, and devs probably add more in Fontaine, etc
For the players who want PvE leaderboards abyss, may I introduce you to the hell that is Honkai Impact 3rd where your main off event source of pulls IS the abyss and god forbid you fall behind in the meta that you ain’t getting pass the baby levels of the abyss cause that’s how it works here.
I think the term of toxic immersion is really bad. I mean immersion is extremnly important but people are focusing on very bad things that wouldnt help immersion at all. For example, little detail like hutao polearm clipping throught her clothes can ruin immersion and its just minor detail that can be easily fixed. What I think is the biggest thing that could be improved to increase immersion is increase population of teyvat. Think about it, you have those major cities like Inazuma city or Mondstadt and there are less than 70 npc's there and they are supposed to be 7 metropols of whole teyvat. Or having villages is countryside which are basically just empty... Teyvat is much bigger than the map suggest, its not 1:1 ratio. Good example on this is the new 3.8 G.A.A (the one in desert) you have so much hydro eilodons doing random things, the whole area just feels sooo lively. This is what teyvat needs. It ruins immersion when something like cradle of sands is as deserted in game as dihua marsh which is supposed to be populated. Another thing that ruined immersion is Aloy who is in game without explanation. And here is my personal opinion(here me out): I thing it would help to be immersed if ALL archons wouldnt be playable (trust me on this, I am Venti main) But if you are playing characters and you have options to choose characters, like zhongli who in archon war killed many gods, its just doesnt make sence why some director of funeral is doing more damage than him when she in lore doesnt even know how to fight. Like archons should be waaay above any other. Which is shame
Here is the thing with immersion. I do agree that the game needs to be more alive with more npcs roaming around, but at the same time the storage would be huge for mobile players and that would cut out 1 of their market and make people using phone can´t enjoy the game. And for example HSR is not an open-world game like genshin and that is why they can have more stuff put in to their small areas to compensate the world.
For the trading weapons/items one, I'd allow it for accounts under the same Hoyoverse account but in different servers (i.e those confirmed to be yours), if only because the unused Staff of Homa on my main European account when my C1 Hu Tao is on my secondary American account HURTS SO MUCH. Rerolling under the same username in different servers only gives you like 2-4 accounts (NA/Euro/Asia/Taiwan iirc) so it's not like you're going to massively farm for goodies in all of those without losing your mind. That way, you avoid a black market between players paying real money for in-game stuff and whales getting monetary profit for their dupes like in so many MMO games that allow that sort of business
we definitely don't need unlimited resin, but they do need to maybe raise it every 2 regions. an extra 10-20? give us fragiles along with other event rewards too. and let us make more condensed. there are more bosses, more domains, nearly everything requires resin. just make all bosses be 30 resin and allow us to collect up to 3 times from 1 boss a week. getting 2-3 boss mats from trance domains a week is just too much grinding. and the fact that high level talent/weapon domains don't guarantee at least 1 purple, should be fixed. having all older 5* in standard? we do need a Geo one tho. we also need some type of 5* weapon set to be available in the shop. the standard banner characters' weapons could be added esp since we are getting double weapons banners, they need a way for people to be able to get Tighnari/Dehya's weapons since they won't have another banner rerun.
3:10 That character deleting idea ... it would suffice to be able to hide them so they don't appear in lists. Or even just make all lists follow the favorite flag. Because I tried clicking the star on characters I want to use most just to find that half of lists used to play the game completely ignore that flag. In the end I unstarred all my characters because I find it better if all lists are in the same order than if in some my better characters are in front and in other they're not. 4:10 monsters damaging you on death are already in the game. Pyro slimes and specters in particular explode when they die. I would not mind if robots damaged you as they fall over too as long as that damage is kept reasonable. 11:20 Adding old 5* featured characters into standard banner might be better idea than adding new characters like Tighnari and Dehya in there. It's probably not going to happen but I don't think it would really damage the game beyond damage already done by ever expanding pool of 4* characters in there.
Predicting half the comments saying deleting resin WOULD be a good idea
How is it a bad idea then? Pls explain
@@Veslelia_cw he said people would get op really quick so there is no reason to keep playing anymore, which is weird reasoning because people would give up more quickly before they get op because of the boring limit.
And the one that stays is the one that pays too much to the game so they feel too invested or the one who has really big patience.
Personally I enjoy taking time to build a character and I enjoy seeing them grow even months after I’ve gotten them.
They rlly be on a total opposite side of the spectrum then demand that side to do the same 💀 like go back to honkai then bro
@@fluffygalaxy6 Personally, I'm glad it tells you the exact direction where a chest is rather than putting a marker on your map, but its range can be expanded greatly, and it absolutely should not have a 30 second cooldown for literally no reason.
asking to remove exploration in an open world exploration game is like asking to remove combat from a fighting game, what kind of ideology is that
I don't blame them tbh, Genshin's combat system is so amazing that I'd honestly like it if there was a DLC or a "roguelike-ish" version of the abyss, where through multiple runs you can unlock new characters to use, weapons, etc.
Just. Don't. Remove. It. From. The. Main. Game.
Please.
A bad ideology lol
Also Genshin having too many Characters who uses a Polarm, Bow and swords users like Amber and Kayea for example and second also they should remove the trail characters Reputation quest in all the reigns characters & weapons banners and third permanently removing the primogems and the shop too cause spending your cold hard cash from either working in a job or doing chores around the community is not easy at all and you don't want to waste all that hard work money just for some Gacha game right.
@@rjabanador465 Now please translate to English 🙏
Trading characters or weapons is a bad idea, but if it's an enemy materials or local specialties, that should be a feature.
that's kind of already is a thing tho, you just need to go to their world and collect them yourself
Its a bad idea from business standpoint but it would be a salvation for unlucky players if they could exchange their unwanted cyno for a hutao someone doesn't use, for example. Just gotta be an item/character of the same value, no middleman currency.
@Soundwave1900 maybe have a once a year limit, and the account has to be at least 5 months old
@@confusedcay8845 would make sense to me
@zanr6943 but that only works for items currently present;; In a situation where person A has multiple handguards just sitting in their inventory but they're having a hard time looking for scarabs, and person B has several scarabs collecting dust but needs more handguards for their ayaka, allowing trading between these two players would solve their problems quickly
(After all, waiting for enemies to respawn and traveling across the desert to find one bug just accelerates player burn out)

Rather than unlimited resin, I would rather have UNLIMITED Fragile Resin Cap or at least increase it since there are days that I do not have time to play the game at times and condensing them would be great and I would play the game a little bit more during times I am free.
Condensed Resin cap is the WORST slightly annoying thing in this game, especially considering that it needs the butterfly drops.
Energy systems, like resin, exist to control play session length. An unlimited fragile resin cap would defeat the purpose of the system.
The only people who would promote something so braindead has GOT to be whales who would want to dominate the leaderboards
And they'd be sitting in their own highest rank while all the normal people would enjoy lower ranks and there's nothing wrong with it. Look at honkai's abyss. That's pvevp though but your point easily applies to that concept too.
@@Soundwave1900pvp without competitive intgrity is gross. Its the worst thing in gaming, gacha pvp is the worst thing in all of gaming.
Unlimited Resin would be a horrible idea, but I honestly do think that they should start making Fragile Resin obtainable from Events.
its better to improve some rewards, like first daily run in domain gives 4-6 artefacts, 3-4 boss items instead of 2-3. Killing a boss 20 tiems to raise 1 char isnt funny.
@@ixirionYeah just like make rewards in map depending on world lvl , for example boss materials 5 at lvl 8 but with same resin costs
Unlimited resin has NEVER been a good idea in a gacha centric game
Unlimited resin would make us play the game 24/7 and never touch grass.
Honestly infinite resin for artifacts would be nice tbh
On the other hand, unlimited condensed resin would be a welcome change.
@spidebot3045 agreed but sometimes I just want to play the game more with a somewhat substantial reward even if a bunch of bs is in the way
Yeah, even now Im too lazy to use my resins
But I need to farm to build characters😢
I genuinely think more 5stars in the standard would be better IF they add a system like the weapon banner has in which you can target a specific one and guarantee getting it at some point.
In hsr you can choose a 5* after you do 300 pulls on standard. Would be very cool if they added this here
@@ilEagle3696a one time thing but its better than nothing . they already have the systems in place would it really be so bad to have an epitomized path on standard.. the luck on weap banner is bad enough already anyway lol
PvP? Um... Couple of things:
- Overload can Destroy Shields fast.
- Constellations.
- Freezing Locking.
- Burgeon will Hurt. EM is not hard to Come by.
- Cons
- Taser can Stunlock you.
- Bennett will Burn you Alive against Dendro.
- C6, quickswap, Eula, against your noggin.
- Venti's Giant Massive **** will keep you afloat.
- You can't Outheal all of your Damage.
- Transformative Reaction will stack up against you.
- Dendro Reactions will kiss your cheeks goodbye.
- Tri-Karma Purification, Planet Befall, Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu.
- Nilou's Bountiful Core and Fast Bloom Rate from her.
- Atk Spd.
I don't use Dori
I never use Dori
I don't want to acknowledge Dori
I want to forget Dori

OMG after playn 600 days I will not use 0.66% of my resin. How awful... Imagine how much stuff I could have? Maybe an extra artefact piece? So I can round them to 150 level 20 artefacts? The possibiliteis are endless.... XDD
I also like to prefarm bosses at the moment I decide to get a char. so how about that xDDD
@@oliviaaargh I have safety resin and I do use it for times when I like need 1 more boss drop or like 1 or 2 more artifact runs. I don't use the safety resin very much but its nice having it for when you really need it.
@@ixirionI mean if you prefer not using your resources, that’s your choice. You’re free to make it but it’s not helpful for you.
Back in CBT there was a 5pc artifact set, and it was awful.
Child characters cannot be played after 8:00 pm in-game clock. They have an early bedtime.
And that just leaves Klee...
i laughed unreasonably hard at this faslksfjlksdflkjasfdlk
lmao that would be funny
About artifact set, I don't want to have a 5 piece bonus, but I would like to have something like a 1 piece bonus. And they even have this thing in the game, with 4* crowns that give you buffs. I just wish that they would explore this a little bit more.
Yeah that would be nice
I remembered someone on Twitter (yes I know) want Genshin to have longer combat animations like hsr because they're way more pretty. They also called Genshin's elements are boring because anemo is always gonna be turquoise, pyro is always gonna be red, electro's gonna be purple, when hsr has different color element for every single character (like Jing Yuan and Serval are both lightning yet their in game element animation look different). I know hsr has million things that make it better than genshin (and vice versa), but I don't think these people understand basic game design when they tweeted this
true. getting real bored of every pyro wearing red, electro wearing purple, cryo wearing light blue, etc.
Childe (The only blue thing are his eyes):
Barbara (Same, but her outfit have some blue, still mainly white):
Rosaria (Cold color palet, but not blue):
Kazuha(no explanation needed):
Albedo (chalk):
Kaveh (Red and white):
Diona (Pinkish):
Razor (All but purple):
Cyno (Only have purple there and here, but not a lot):
Heizou (Like Kazuha):
Sayu (Greenish, but not the Anemo one):
And more, I'm jusf too lazy to say all
I think the most interesting suggestions are the ones that actually have some support because people don't actually understand why what they're asking is bad.
@@fae_gavan7582and in those games you still need to grind to get those things
I feel like they need to go play a challenging single player game normally, then with some big chests on. You get real bored with cheats after a certain point.
Any pvp/leader board gameplay would suck but the ability to toggle friendly fire in open world would be super fun
Also with old and underperforming 5*s, I would just start putting them in events and shops so that the standard banner is not too crowded
I feel like doing that with old characters is a bad idea. It just doesn't feel right. It might be better to put them all on another permanent banner.
About the PVP, I feel like they could do a feature where EVERYONE in the game have to agree on this.
So we could do thing such as man hunt for example
Exploration is Genshin’s strongest point. If you don’t like it, I’m sorry you are playing the wrong game.
Level 100 with a new world level is not a bad idea, Glad we agree.
That's is a great idea. They could make a new ascension passive and balance a lot of characters with that
I don’t think level 100 is really necessary, though a higher WL would be welcome.
i looked at how much purple books benny needs for 87-90.. That was 90 purple books.. No thanks. You wanna spend a MONTH on 10 lvels go ahead. Don't try to convince the rest of us to waste time on xp books leylines.
@@mangshu21 I mean you always have the option of. just not doing that?
But there are already level 100 enemies in the game?
Inazuma was absolute hell, I only feel that with Sumeru lmao
Idk about that I don’t remember clearly maybe my brain is trying to keep me safe from the torture of finding the oculusus over the years but wasn’t one of the oculusus in inazuma locked behind a super long quest
Imagen find hydrooculusus underwater in Fontaine, and scaling up 400 or 500 in whole region
probably because liyue felt the need to put every geoculous on the peak of a 2000 ft mountain
Sumeru is waaaayyy easy
Lmao the last one is so confusing to me. You want less exploration? Like HI3? Then go and play HI3. I like exploration and hate combat so I play genshin and I don't play HI3. It's literally that simple.
My personal Idea was to add a 6th universal artifact slot where you place any piece from any set- on paper this would allow for more variety with builds since players would be able to choose between getting the 4-piece bonus+a 2-piece bonus of a different set or the 2-piece bonus from 3 different sets
And just to be clear- my Idea is that EVERY character has access to this- I'd lock this behind some kind of character quest that unlocks at a high friendship level or something like that
Edit: I just realized that this is almost exactly what star rail did (though TBF, I've had this idea regarding genshin for nearly a year now)
oh so like if you reach friendship 10 you get one more artifact slot?
@@eulalord9617yes- though to be more exact getting to friendship 10 would unlock a "Rank Up" domain that upon completion would unlock the 6th slot for that specific character.
I was inspired by the rank-up quests from FGO- where upon completion they unlock an upgrade for one part of a that character's kit
And the light/shadow point system from Another Eden- where upon reaching a certain amount of points for a character it unlocks an extra skill slot
I think it's will be frustrating
@@aliwi3476 perhaps, but one of the major points of my idea is that this upgrade is OPTIONAL- if you don't want to unlock the 6th slot then you just don't have to

7:32 who wants to wait for 30 days 20 hours 50 minutes just to get 1 artifact?!
This may sound crazy to you some of you but my favorite event was the drink-mixing one! As a Stardew/Pokemon/not-a-real-gamer kind of gamer, it was so relaxing and immersive, and I felt like I got to spend time just being a resident of Monstadt. Love how you didn't like the suggestion to remove all the non-combat events either
Great video as always Ratheil!
You might be surprised just how many people have that as their favorite event as well
I completely agree with you!
It was my #1 event and I could happily do it forever
Never understood the "Put less desirable characters in the Standard Banner. " Like who the F gets to decide who's less "valuable" Why should someone's favorite characters be shoved into the standard because there not "Meta" enough or less popular
Most people don't dump primogens on standard so do some people expect others to wait and hope to get there favorites.
You can get Klee just wait for 180 tickets 5 you get monthly IF you've been wishing an you get 4 through the battle pass or you can just dump Primogens
That's so shitty to expect while someone can just whale on limited
The only time that Leaderboards would work is for the TCG because you can't whale your way through that one. Though it would probably get toxic as hell
Trading charcters and artifacts? no. Trading boss mats, enemy mats and local specialties? yes. I always let people in my word who need mats but I have been the seeker and sometimes it is daunting to find another world to get stuff from.
My alt account really needs Nobushis while my main account has many Nobushis. Farming that thing is pain. Hoyo should increase Nobushi drop rate.
Removing resin would not make me quit. Its like farming for god talismans in monster hunter. I still play monster hunter like crazy.
I never noticed the little raccoon at the bottom of the screen that moves as you get further in. It's the small details you really appreciate
These are my bad suggestions:
1. Make towns as a community gathering site
2. Make weapons, lv 1 characters, and artifacts tradable in towns
They technically exist already, remember those tiaras that increase elemental resistance?
OMG I JUST NOTICED THE LITTLE RACOON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN!
THAT'S THE CUTEST THING I'VE EVER SEEN! PLEASE KEEP THIS!!
China’s laws where MiHoYo is based specifically makes this illegal aka selling something as limited and then making it always available.
removing exploration in genshin is one of the dumbest suggestion i ever see that guy never play other open world rpg for sure only hack and slash game
Features that Honkai Star Rails has that Genshin should also have
And vise versa
I think iwintolosegaming has already a video on that with a top 20 list
You are funny. You are telling people who want PvP to better go try a game focused on it because it's more balanced. These people don't want a balanced PvP experience, they just want to stomp other players with their money.
I would tell them to play a garbage gacha game like Diablo Immortal if they want p2w pvp.
Love the little racoon running on the bottom of the screen, its such a nice little touch :D
The only thing I want changed is that I feel like quiting every time I do a week of artifact farming
I can do tallent farming even in mondstadt for a month and be fine but 2 days of artifacts and I'm already thinking of just not playing till I can go back to character mat farming
I have a tiny suggestion
1 gold wish as a birthday gift
One time use on any banner
Always guaranteed 5 star and doesnt reset pity
Expires on your next birthday and does not stack
As for the Standard Banner, if I were to re-work it to improve it for players, while trying to fit it somewhat nicely with HYV's business model, I would split it into Standard Regional Banners behaving as follows:
Dude. My favourite event is Windtrace and I hate the idea of only having combat events
And stamina replenishes pretty quickly when your looking around.
i really liked the little raccoon running on the bottom of the screen
Walking in cities reminds me of Path of Exile where you can't use movement skills in town, not even your movement speed flasks. It fucking suuuucked
I mean, leaderboards for abyss is an alright idea. Whales already get so much hate, yet they can’t even enjoy the game because it’s much easier for them. Let them at least compete for places, that wouldn’t hurt anybody.
the post about about deleting characters made me unreasonably made for the bit about not believing in accounts being hacked, coming from someone who was hacked in late January early February i wanna meet that poster in a park and punch them in the face over that
3:56 Spectres, Oceanid spawns, and Slimes explode on death
It got quite routine for me when farming Spectres and Oceanid to just switch to a high HP character or run away if I thought the health bar was empty.
I’ll never understand wanting Genshin to have „less exploration”, because personally, exploration is the main reason why I play this game 💀
Unlimited resin would be amazing, i dont wanna be timegated from progress like that, and makes taking break from the game.much more possible
Because of all this daily shit you eventually get burned out
Honestly Genshin Pvp would unironically work if its a separate game like a 3v3 but you can switch characters like the original game and not just straight up put 1 to 1 PvE turn to PvP or just who kills more enemies but just straight up make a new game and make targeting system manually because its fun to keep on switching characters and every character acts like a skill or weapons that has HP and when you ran out your screwed.
They’ve done that a couple of times already with the Misty Dungeon events. It’s a fun way to try out characters you don’t own.
@@TheCheeseman1983 yes, I meant PvP and with a wider roster of preset characters, should’ve been clearer oops
we've already had events where you had to trade to get certain limited time rewards (dreams of bloom, born of the snow) and they SUCKED
3:27 Bennet yeeting Diona was too hilarious not to mention
Great bad suggestions and the rationale for/against them! A lot of this makes me reconsider some things (like the reality mentioned about unlimited resin) and in a way, it helps identify what actual good improvements would be
I personally wish there were far more non-combat aspects (like possibly skills/hobbies/craftables, etc - I know many complain about fishing, the Teapot, and TCG for instance but I like that it gives more things to do than simply grind). I also wish the world were even more immersive, like getting to see characters sporadically popping up in lore-relevant spots and getting to interact with them, the animals, and just...getting to experience it even more "alive" than it currently is
I cannot comprehend anyone who wants less exploration, lore, character development, or reasons to play
Love the MapleStory music. I just wish the talent and other domains had everything available everyday instead of just Sunday
Oh and that enemies dropped their respective loot while doing domains
A leaderboard in tcg is good I think.
I want to have the transient resin we buy from the teapot to be a normal fragile resin.
Some poor souls haven't had a banner in multiple years and it's only getting worse as the game goes on.
have you always had a little raccoon running along the bottom of the screen bc omg i love it sm
Imagine kazuha vs dori
Imagine getting petrified by zhongli's meatball and then the next thing is you cant hit him for like basically forever because his shield is always uptime. And you're using dehya
They'd basically have to completely rewrite the game from the ground up, and at that point why play genshin when you can play something that was actually made for that kind of gameplay.
You just turn the game paytowin. Just dont
gacha pvp is worse than weapon banner.. Its just for people who wanna flex how fat their wallet is
4:07 I know a game (Jedi Fallen Order) where this does happen, but it's only a specific enemy (The Nydak/Alpha Nydak) and it can still be dodged/blocked. Additionally, its more of a one last swing and then dies thing
Trading could be good if and only if
Player 1 spend 40 resin and requests player 2 to kill a boss on their behalf.
Idk it's just me thinking out loud.
running an artifact domain 4x a day is already exhausting enough (def% and hp% pieces love me) i cannot imagine having unlimited jeez
Yeah when people say "whales get double the resin" I just think "the poor bastards"
ik resin cap shouldnt be removed but what abt condensed resin cap being raised to like 20?
2 ideas that r probably rn't that thought through:
•"2nd abyss" with endless battles and survival challenges (fight until u die/ don't die against 3 Maguu Kenki AND the Thunder Manifestation)
•Artifact rush hour (play the artifact domain like 4-5 times in direct succession for a fixed main stat, keep 1-2 of the drops with the rest being converted into lv-up-mats or smth like that)
If it were possible, I'd like to see a method of getting constellations from rolling for extra characters. If I can get Constellations for Itto or Alhaitham while rolling on a Yae banner, I'd spend a lot more money more often.
they could make 5* constellation buyable with currency that only drops from dupe 5*
PvP Gacha exists, there are a lot of them which are basically the same game with a different skin. It's the type that puts you on a map to be attacked by all the whales, leaving you without any resources and making any progression impossible unless you whale too.
I have just now realised the little racoon in the bottom of the video telling you how much of the video is left xDD
They need add path to standard banner like choose character you want and it will be guaranteed in 90 pulls, because now we have many standard characters that you don't have for example, and devs probably add more in Fontaine, etc
Even 180 would be nice
i just realised the cat thing running on top the video timer thats so cute!
And here is my personal opinion(here me out):
I thing it would help to be immersed if ALL archons wouldnt be playable (trust me on this, I am Venti main)
But if you are playing characters and you have options to choose characters, like zhongli who in archon war killed many gods, its just doesnt make sence why some director of funeral is doing more damage than him when she in lore doesnt even know how to fight.
