Yeah this has been an issue i've dealt with since launch as she was my first 5star. Fixing this would require changing the way her dash works and how the world works.
She also needs time to turn when she pops in or out and she have inertia in this state. So, dashing during a fight is incredibly awkward AND she doesn't have ANY invincibility frames during dashes, so they are literally useless to avoid attacks. Well, unless you can get the hell out of the area of attack... which is near impossible due to that submerge/pop animations limitations and inertia. So, the only redeeming quality of her dash is that it have higher movement speed, but even that is screwed over by her ability to get stuck at the tiniest bump in the road.

Finally raising Mona. I've had her at C1 for a while, but I finally got a decent set of characters with decent artifacts and weapons so I can start farming up the bits I need to level up everyone else without hating myself. So, I've got that going for me.
Monas great for both adventuring and one shotting bosses. Kind of a must have character along with bennett if you wanna attempt to do a million damage.
I find it funny that Mona going out and catching fish on the pond might be canon given how she barely has any money to buy food. And collecting Mushrooms to eat. Hopefully we can feed the starving astrologist again in the future. 😁
watched this and im like, damn I really want mona right now. so I go in doing some 1 pulls like 3 and nothing, so im like the hell??? used some stadust and a lil bit of primmos to get a 10 pull, and I was able to get not only Mona, but Kuki as well who I had also wanted very much.
