I mean the main poles ;) Everytime i set up the bivvy , or the front side is lifting up or the back side is lifting up I cant get my pegs in the ground , only on 1 side but not the other
Hi mate , i got a question for u I also got this bivvy , but i am having some difficulties putting it up Its almost like one of the stiffeners is to long
He means because of the length of time it takes to put up, he would not like to be doing that in the rain I guess. What else could he be getting at? lol
I just got back from the store where i got it from , they said i wasnt the only guy with that problem . They told me that the front side was made to short , so the pegs cant get in :( Anyway , i found a solution for it
Unfortunately!! It does sound like there is some issue with the bivvy, as you can see from the video I have never had a problem putting it up; in fact I've probably refined my technique since the video and now get up within 4 min pegs the lot etc. If you would like to discuss further don't hesitate to come back.
I've the same in two man and the ground sheet doesn't fit and it's cheap and thin, I've to pick up every little bit of crap so I don't put a hole in the ground sheet, pure piss take....

you didnt get a degree in putting a JRC Continental up.
When you say the stiffeners, do you mean tensioning bars that go on top of the bivvy between the main poles?
