That last hero power made it look like a really fun game. I wonder if murloc deck has potential there, cheap murlocs getting better easily. Or facehunter, with charge minions and then turn into something better after they dealt their damage.
Patron warrior also works really well versus giantfin. Frothing is a great win condition given your whirlwinds/unstable ghouls hit a full board of murlocs.
I took me literally hours to beat the first two heroic bosses... the third one I used the same minion-spam deck for both normal and heroic modes and won easily both times. If you're interested this is what I used: - Slitherspear - silence combo priest (OTK on turn 7); - Giantfin - demonlock with double mistress of pain and all demon buffs and clears - I could keep clearing his stuff with hellfires and demonwrath and heal quicker than he could zerg me down; - Lady Naz'jar - ridiculously easy on both modes, any minion-spam deck absolutely wrecks this boss. I used my druid, same deck on normal and heroic, won both on the first try.
For Giantfin I used a priest deck with tons of aoe. Doomsayers, explosive sheep, Pryos, holy novas, excavated evil, light bomb, unstable ghoul, baron geddon etc, than crabs and late game. Worked almost every time

Thinking about most charge minions and how easily they die, so +1hp would have a lot better value then +1 attack I think. 3mana 3/1 charge would for example be 3mana 3/2 charge.
If they did implement the third boss' hero power into a tavern brawl hoe would they do it if it was at the end of one players turn one player would have a huge advantage?
I used a Shaman Murloc deck to beat Giantfin Heroic, it was hilarious. Took a bit of luck but it played out well. Only took two tries once I switched to Shamurloc.
Kripp you should have tried the first boss with Astral Communion + Innervate and huge minions. It takes a few tries to get Innervate and AC in your starting hand but I destroyed the boss the first time I got those 2 cards.
There would be a problem with lady nazjar as a tavern brawl since the effect goes off at the end of the turn so the opponent would have the upper hand being able to react and attack first, just saying.
Slitherspear: went RenoLock and one shot it. Was likely a bit fortunate, with these occurances happening: Free Molten Giant then Reno on one turn. Getting a Floating Watcher out from Voidcaller, then having Slitherspear give me Curse of Rafam for it to get a free extra +2/+2 each turn. Playing a Giant or two in a turn as well as Shadowflame in a turn to clear the board. Giantfin: two shot with control priest - although my deck was very different from Kripps (I basically went all-in on AoE). Held on to the win strongly though, I believe from making good decisions about when I could take a hit from the murlocs and thus save an AoE spell for another turn. Once I dropped Baron Geddon with Giantfin down to about 12 cards in deck and a full hand, he just stopped playing stuff - I imagine because it wouldn't survive the AoE. Baron's face attacks closed out the game. Lady Naz'jar: like with many others, I realised that Living Roots was a great card for this encounter, and between that and Innervate druid seemed like a great choice. Standout performers for me though were Volcanic Lumberer and Volcanic Drake - often costing 2+ less than their actual mana cost, allowing them to come out earlier turns and be more threatening than the 4/7 drops Naz'jar played. Underperformer was Sea Giant though - seemed like a good idea, but as many people discovered, it doesn't transform at all, not even into itself, so it also doesn't heal or lose any debuffs (mine was ultimately a 3/3 from Watcher of Uldaman).
