It’s extremely cruel to take away the choice about what happens to her own body. When abortion is illegal, people risk their lives with unsafe methods, desperate and afraid. Those who are poor suffer the most, with no way out. It’s heartbreaking to think of someone crying, begging for help after being assaulted and being told “no.” No one should be forced to endure that pain. Laws should care for people, not punish them in their hardest moments. Edit: I know you care for life. You’re a wonderful person deep inside and I can tell you value god and kindness. But telling someone who has been sexually assaulted that they have to give birth or risk the death sentence? That’s not right. Legalizing abortion is the moral thing to do.

The mental illness thing is what ticks me off. God spoke to me through a friend. This person had no idea what I was going through. I was simply praying, and when I was done, she immediately tells me exactly what I wanted God to reassure me of. God gave her the words that I needed to hear. She had no idea what it meant other than the words were for me, and they were everything I needed to hear. Mental illness? I think NOT.

God spoke to me when I was in trouble and I almost got killed. He led me out of that situation. Me being able to hear him saved my life. It's a good mental illness if you ask me.
I have an amazing story. One day I was driving home, when all of a sudden the Lord came to me in spirit. I felt very close to Him. I knew if I asked him to play any song on the radio he would, I guess to bless my faith. So I said "ok, Lord play "Come as you are by Nirvana". I turned on the radio and the song started playing right there on the spot, perfectly… I started getting flooded with chills like a waterfall, crying, and trembling. He stayed with me for 10 minutes in my driveway. until I got outta the car. A couple months after that I started getting amazing prayers answered way more often, because it helped me quit doubting when I pray and I was lined up with biblical instructions. It's 6 years later and I still get answered prayers in Jesus name.

A lost person without Yeshua Jesus in their life, has much more to answer for than any others who have had their sins forgiven and cast into the depths of the sea, never to be remembered again, and no one has the right to go under the blood and pull out another's sin, after they have asked for forgiveness and turned away from the sin.

Well My MoMA God rest her soul,,, fixed me up & sent me to Sunday School & Church All my life. I was taught very sternly that you NEVER mock our Lord or there’s literally hell to pay after Moma gets done stripping you. I was sixth out of seven kids. The first girl & lived just across the street from a Pentacoctal church where much of my family attended & I loved going. It was the first place I sang in public. Those Pastors kids many times are mean as snakes & mock everything. I was almost always friends with them but My Moma kept tabs on what was going on. She couldn’t go as she had five more boys to care for & my brother just older than me was sickly. So I went with my aunt & uncle til I could just go alone. I loved it but I never ever mocked God. Now at almost 68 yrs. Old I still would not. That’s the one thing sacred in this world is God. There have been hard times in life but He’s Always Seen me through. I Love the Holy Trinity without reservations!!! Praise the Lord!!! I Love You, Jesus & the Holy Spirit & thank You for saving me. Amen!!! RIP Moma. I had no one in my adult life to help me after my mother passed when I was 17. Both of my step parents, step grandmother,turned on me and it was pure hell. I was more of an associate than a daughter. My ex husband did the same thing so I gave them all chances to be and act better to me and called them on it several times and they still did not get it. I believed in God since age 10. When I told my doctor, pastor,and Christian Uncle,they all said move as far away as you can because they won't change. I had 2 beautiful children that are absolutely amazing and grandchildren and I am rich with the many blessings and miracles the lord has shown me through the years. I have a wonderful husband who treats me like gold now!

I was simply praying, and when I was done, she immediately tells me exactly what I wanted God to reassure me of. God gave her the words that I needed to hear. She had no idea what it meant other than the words were for me, and they were everything I needed to hear. Mental illness? I think NOT.

I have an amazing story. One day I was driving home, when all of a sudden the Lord came to me in spirit. I felt very close to Him. I knew if I asked him to play any song on the radio he would, I guess to bless my faith.
So I said "ok, Lord play "Come as you are by Nirvana".
I turned on the radio and the song started playing right there on the spot, perfectly…
I started getting flooded with chills like a waterfall, crying, and trembling.
He stayed with me for 10 minutes in my driveway. until I got outta the car.
A couple months after that I started getting amazing prayers answered way more often, because it helped me quit doubting when I pray and I was lined up with biblical instructions. It's 6 years later and I still get answered prayers in Jesus name.

The first girl & lived just across the street from a Pentacoctal church where much of my family attended & I loved going. It was the first place I sang in public. Those Pastors kids many times are mean as snakes & mock everything. I was almost always friends with them but My Moma kept tabs on what was going on. She couldn’t go as she had five more boys to care for & my brother just older than me was sickly. So I went with my aunt & uncle til I could just go alone. I loved it but I never ever mocked God. Now at almost 68 yrs. Old I still would not. That’s the one thing sacred in this world is God. There have been hard times in life but He’s Always Seen me through. I had no one in my adult life to help me after my mother passed when I was 17. Both of my step parents, step grandmother,turned on me and it was pure hell. I was more of an associate than a daughter. My ex husband did the same thing so I gave them all chances to be and act better to me and called them on it several times and they still did not get it. I believed in God since age 10. When I told my doctor, pastor,and Christian Uncle,they all said move as far away as you can because they won't change. I had 2 beautiful children that are absolutely amazing and grandchildren and I am rich with the many blessings and miracles the lord has shown me through the years. I have a wonderful husband who treats me like gold now!

Okay let's assume this magical entity, God, exists. He creates the world and its inhabitants, knowing damn well most of them will kill each other and be damned to eternal pain and suffering in hell. Most Christians argue "he can't intervene because it messes with free will!", but that's illogical, if God truly does exist, he's either not all loving, or not all powerful.
And of course there's an "unforgivable sin", if anybody commits it, they're doomed to eternal pain and suffering no matter how they try and change to become good.

Yes, we Canadians are on the right path of having lower religiosity than our southern neighbours. Yet, even they are are slowly coming to their senses as their percentages lower for believers. There is hope.
