Auto detailer here and the F30 is looking fresh! Tip when compounding/polishing your car: try not to use your machine on those thin edges of the doors, hood, trunk, etc. It's really easy to accomplish burn through which is basically the paint being rubbed off. If you really want those areas polished you should do it by hand. I'm glad you didn't have that issue. Glad you found a nice surprise and I'm looking forward to seeing more content!

Hey that square thing under the exhaust is not a secondary cat it’s just a resonator! When I had mine cut off I looked through and it was just a straight pipe with holes in it!

Although I would say I want it louder, cuz with the windows up it still sounds almost stock inside. With a catted downpipe and resonator delete I think it would be perfect. I have a video of the res delete on my channel if you wanna check it out :)

(of course we find out later it wasn't stock but at the time he didn't know that.... or did he... lol). a tuned f30, yes i would agree with you because i can't really do launch control launches anymore without burning through my michellin 4S's... but when i was stock, there DEFINATELY was a noticeable difference at launch....

When I saw the video of you announcing that you picked up the car I knew it wasn’t stock. When my F30 340i was stock it did NOT sound like that. Sure it burbled in sports mode but not like yours did. I wish my f30 was white lol congrats!

I know we all switch out the downpipes but that woulda sucked for an average joe to figure out the car he just bought didn’t have the oem downpipe and they are in an emissions state.

That downpipe is not stock. The stock ones are more gerthy all the way down the bottom. They probably are high flow catted downpipe or maybe catlless. But I have a catless and boy you well noticed a smell when your in the back grabbing something in the trunk. The smell not for everyone. But I'm a 💪😎
Nice saved you some time and money with the Dow pipe and mid cat/ res delete! Is the tune allowing the car to pass emissions/ not throw a code with one or both cats removed? Also didn’t the dealer have to perform an emissions inspection prior to outing the car for sale? I know where I live on NY the emission test through the state software that ties the results to the cars VIN and which would require them to have to correct the issue pre sale.

Bro, money 💰 is king. Suggestion, reach out to dealership, explain situation, negotiate cost for new factory exhaust. Pocket the reimbursement or if work has to be done to be paid out, have work done "insist keeping the current parts". Bring it home or to Keys, swap exhaust back out, sell factory exhaust. Those cats are worth "money". I can not help but, think this way ^^^^^, I have a financial brain that only works playing financials applied to everything in life.
question? anyone is free to answer. I have a Bmw 330I 2017 and i have a coolant issue. First the coolant was spilling over causing the engine to overheat. BMW replaced the engine, the car was under warranty. 3 months later the coolant leaked out and the car is currently in shop and i was told the will probably have to replace the engine again. Is anyone experiencing that problem with the coolant?
