i really want to get into Rom hacks ect... nad try Nuzlocke Run's played pokemon as a child a lot, do i need to get an emulator? if yes what u guys using rn?
There are some rom hacks that are self contained (the only one I can think of off the top of my head is infinite fusions) but for the most part I’d say yes, you should get an emulator. For GB, GBC, and GBA we use VBA (VisualBoyAdvanced) or mGBA. For the DS games we’re using DeSmuME.
