I think the way they grade the characters is a little strange, Baymax is supposed to be "rare" but he's the one I have the most of (not that I'm complaining, I love Baymax) My goal is to get all the big hero 6 characters (including the key rings) but at the moment I don't think I ever will, esp Yokai & armored Baymax. I just opened FOUR Cases and it is mostly the same as yours and they were mostly the same as each other, except for the secret ones and a limited edition one. I didn't keep them in order sadly, and I didn't get Pumba, Timon, Mufasa, Rafiki, Zazu, Yokai, Hamm, Mortimer, or, of coarse, Alien, Zebra, or Steamboat Willie. I was the Armored BAYMAX you saw on instgram. And As For Hamm, Watch PStoyreviews where they open the 4 packs. They find him.

Ya it sucks because you're spending all that money and you're just getting the same characters over and over again you're basically paying 100 bucks and then you're just getting duplicates it's not the end of the world but I think that you should probably report moose toys and I do like a lot of their stuff and their such good quality it's pretty sad 😭
