Holy moly, just finished making this and eating now and....What. An. Experience. You can taste the ginger with your nose! It's fragrant but not overpowering. So so good. Compliments to Daddy Lau! I'll finally have a way to use up my ginger now instead of using one measly little knob and having the rest sit for months, lol.

Just came back here to warn everyone - don't make this using organic ginger, or if you do, use much less. Organic ginger is much stronger, and because of that I just found out today ginger actually stimulates your digestive tract faster...You can guess how my bowel movements were. Also the organic ginger is overpowering in this case IMO!
I have made this twice so far in less than a week. It was THAT good. My husband brought home more ginger for me because he knows that I am on a "Made With Lau" cooking kick. Thank you for sharing this recipe--I never would have considered a dish quite like this, and I am very grateful to be learning.

Made this today for lunch & dinner & it’s the first day I haven’t been horribly nauseous in months! I’m pregnant w my fourth baby and sooo thankful for this simple, healthy recipe!
Ginger was tho only thing I found that would settle the nausea of my first trimester. Wish I had known about this dish then to go with the ginger snaps, ginger ale, and digestive biscuits (was in England at the time). BEST WISHES and good luck with your pregnancy! 💖
Aw yay Natalie! So happy to hear that. Nausea is the worst. Kat suffered from it a ton too. Happy to hear this dish was able to hit the spot as delicious, simple and healthy! I second @TrishaMason in wishing you all the best with your pregnancy!
I would have watched this just to see baby Cameron, but the added cooking show is a bonus! The edits are so well-done, and Daddy Lau is in his flow. My favorite part is watching your family dine together -- what a fun way to be part of the Lau kitchen!
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties against arthritis. After waking up in the mornings with stiff hands, I researched ways to heal my body without using modern meds and its side effects. Thk u for informing us we don't need to peel the skin off.
Hi I am Malaysian, my mom is malay and my dad is chinese. My mom made this dish when I was a little girl, she learned it from my dad. Until today its still the best fried rice to me & I will always crave for it.
This video made me cry. My parents live a few hours away and they only sent ingredients and gave me no direction on how to use them when I was pregnant with baby #1. We looked online trying to figure out how to make the meals to help moms for post-partum recovery. I made myself ginger fried rice after baby #2 was born.
We did this for Ramadhan when we sahur (eating before fasting) and it tasted so good and really helps us to feel full until fajr. Thank you very much for the recipe ☺
I made this tonight. It was delicious. I tweaked it a little bit with the addition roasted sesame seed oil, fresh garlic and sweet onions, carrots, sweet snap peas, garlic powder, onion powder. I also used white basmati rice. I had all these ingredients so I decided to put them all together.
Watching Daddy Lau cook is like having my Cantonese grandmother back in the kitchen again - by the time I was born she didn't cook as much anymore in our household, but she she still did on Sundays and this was how she'd talk to me when I was still a little girl, as I was helping her cut up stuff (badly) and stir things or carry things for her. My mother loves ginger, and I'm temporarily at home with her and my dad (dad and I are recovering from surgery right now but I'm up and about enough to take care of the meals) - so I cooked this for dinner tonight and both parents loved it, and so did I (and I'm not that fond of ginger for the most part!) Thank you for taking the time to document all these precious family recipes. I wish I'd learned more of them from my grandmother, but this brings her back like nothing else does.
Wow thanks so much for taking the time to share your story Shuku 🙏🏼❤️ We are so grateful that you found our channel and that you've been trying out some of the recipes. It's an honor to hear they remind you of having your grandmother back in the kitchen again. It's really special for me to make these videos and record my parents. I'm happy that they mean so much for you too! Thanks for watching and supporting. Can't wait to share many more videos with you 🙏🏼
I love how detailed you explained everything. From the ingredients measurements down to the time ur dad took to stir or heat the pan. Appreciate the manhours you spent preparing this content! Im a big fan of your dad! I even watched his pork dishes (despite not eating pork) and think of ways to improvise with chicken or beef!
Oh wow awesome Amelia! So grateful to hear how much you are enjoying the videos and can see the manhours spent preparing each video 🙏🏼 That really makes my day to read and makes it all the more worthwhile! Appreciate your support and excited to share more with you 😊
another popular post birth restorative dishes from Taiwan is herbal soups. Both times, my mom came out for a week and cooked for us. She made soups every day, which we were thankful for. I don't know if it actually helped lactation, but it was delicious and comforting. I've gotten in the habit of making herbal chicken soup with whole chicken when my kids are sick. Homemade dumplings and hand-pulled noodles is another restorative dish I like to make for my kids
Congrats on this nice work. Your parents seem to be really nice people, with your dad being so experienced and at the same time enjoying cooking for the family and your mom is such a nice lady, speaks good english and has so much knowledge and so many things to tell your son.
Wow, all those camera angles! The close ups, the different angles, all edited seamlessly with no evidence of there even being a camera. Your skills and aesthetic sensibility does not go unnoticed, nor is it unappreciated! Brilliant. I love these deceptively simple dishes that end up being a total revelation when it comes to that first bite: so much totally unexpected flavour. Thank you for this channel.
Thank you for sharing your family recipe. Your parents are truly a treasure. Your father is a great teacher and generous with his tips. His instructions are easy to follow. I made this dish for my husband and he absolutely loves it. We made this dish with brown rice and ate it three times in one week. It’s so comforting! We just discovered your channel and it has really helped us to appreciate Chinese cuisine in America (even more now that we can’t dine in at our favorite Chinese restaurants) and the rich history of the early contributions of Chinese immigrants.
Oh wow that's amazing! So grateful that you tried out our recipe and enjoyed it! We are so honored to be able to record and share these dishes and we can't wait to continue sharing more with you ❤️
This is the second recipe from your dad that I’ve tried and man I’m so grateful for your channel. I moved to a town where real Chinese food is 3 hours away, so having these tutorials allow me to make something delicious and comforting. Appreciate it!
I remember I went into a Chinese restaurant in the Vegas area and we were the only non Asians there but we were welcomed very kindly but the point of this is; I had fried rice just like this there and it was white! I was confused because I’m use to fried rice with the brown color (soy sauce) but this white fried rice was the best fried rice I’ve ever had I swear! Thank you for the recipe!
I have been using this recipe for around 6 months. It is my go to rice dish now. I usually omit the chicken and use it as a side dish with a protein and a veg. Absolutely fabulous. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Thank you so much Sarah! I totally agree - this video + recipe will always hold a special place in my heart. It'll always take me back to the time we had our first kid!
@made with lau I know this was 1 yr ago so I am sure that little one is moving around on his own now. I needed something for an upset tummy. This was so good. I made 1/2 the recipe yesterday without any meat. Today I added an egg, about 3 oz of shrimp, and tossed the leftover rice into the wok. YUMMY! Thank you
Fantastic recipe, easy to make. I did this and doubled the recipe to feed 5 people. So simple I got the ingredients ready then played the TH-cam video on my tv (which I could see from my kitchen), I paused each section while I followed along and did each part. It tasted great, the whole family loved it. Thank you so much for a great channel and great food.
Thank you I have a big family and i will use these recipes . i love the love your father cooks with. In our house we will call him grandpa Lau if thats ok. lol Thank you again
I love how you've demonstrated the Asian way of cooking that depends on intuition and relies on the senses. Such a contrast to the Western approach with its rigid list of ingredients and precise measurements.
Thank you so much for this! My grandfather was Chinese and past away when I was 5. He loved to cook and always did when he came to visit. This recipe taste so close to his. Such great memories. Thank you!
My husband and I have been eating this fried rice three days in a row and we still can't get enough of this. Thank you for making this video, and thank you, Daddy Lau!
I made this with a couple of additions: fresh broccoli that I minced in the food processor, and a small bit of shaoxing wine and Maggi seasoning sauce. It was delicious! The shaoxing rice wine really helped bring out the ginger and added a light, floral note; the Maggi added a touch of savory depth. Thanks so much for the recipe!
Looks delicious! Definitely going to give it a try. It's such a joy to watch your family interact. Your father is obviously a very caring and considerate man--encouraging you to eat more, holding your baby so that your wife can eat. I'm grateful to have discovered your channel.
Thank you. I will make this, I am only just learning how much I love ginger in my food. I thought for a long time that it hurt my stomach. It doesn’t, it helps and adds new flavour.
I’ve watched both of your videos and they’ve nearly brought me to tears. I used to live in Asia and these videos are just so homely. It reminds me of my life in Asia and what my grandparents are like when it comes to food. Especially the part when they always ask if I want more food so that they can make more for me. It’s very wholesome. Keep up with the videos. Good production skills too! 😌
Ahhhhh this comment really warmed my heart! I took a screenshot to remind us why we're doing this :) Thank you so much for the love and support! Are there any recipes you'd like us to make next?
Made With Lau I would really love if you could make Banmian, it was my favourite dish when I was living in Singapore. I think it is a Chinese dish, please correct me if I’m wrong. I would always buy it at the hawker centres, I live in the UK now and I love cooking so much. Cooking reminds me of my childhood and I get so much nostalgia from it. I miss Asian food so much and I want to be able to cook this for myself and for the people around me.
@@miaito6271 Added to our list :) Would love to just pig out at the hawker centres some day! I totally agree, cooking and food will always hold a special place in our hearts - especially the food that reminds us of home!
Not only cantonese, in fact my family (hokkien), my cousin's maternal family (teochew) mostly use ginger in their cooking, i guess we can say most or general chinese families that still carries on their cultural passed down tradition esp in cuisine, use ginger in most of their food, even drinks. My mom also said that marinating meat with ginger also can surpress their raw meaty smell. I like it when Mr. Lau explain that you can be creative with the dish, only need ginger, egg and rice 😊 I cooked this fried rice so often as well 😍, i subs the salt with musroom stocks since i prefer it more into bland side so i can eat it with other side dishes 😊
Tried this tonight and I am so pleased that it came out absolutely perfect by following this video - because I'm not the best cook and grew up in a white household. Can't wait for more videos!
Awww that's so great to hear! This dish is one of my favorites :) I'm also not the best cook and I grew up in a Chinese household hahaha but definitely not too late to start learning from my dad! Definitely want my kids to have at least some of the experience I had eating my dad's food growing up. Excited to share more with you! Anything you want to see next?
I have to say… gotta love this channel… I’ve only seen a few video’s but already really dig the concept… your dad, in his native tongue explaining how it’s really done… and you doing the voice over. Perfect! May I ask what kind of wok does he use? And how high is the stove when frying the rice?
@@barrytee1689 wdym?… I don’t think that’s cool though probably all of them read this comments. He’s allowing us into his family dynamics. If you’re referencing the wife of the son, she just had a baby and that’s stressful enough. But still showed up for her husband and looked good. The mom? She came across as very sweet, beautiful. Please be mindful to show respect is hard enough as it is with this past year and whatnot.
So glad I discovered your channel. My late uncle was a cook in Guangzhou too, I visited him in 2012 and he cooked me a delicious dinner. He passed away shortly after my visit. Your dad reminds me of him.
I saw this recipe on your channel over a year ago and it’s become part of our regular rotation. Some of the best fried rice I’ve ever had. Everyone I’ve made it for lives it. I love the simplicity, that it doesn’t even use soy sauce. Very soothing and comforting. Thank you so much!
So lucky to hv dad who’s an excellent cook. Ginger egg rice my fav, thanks for sharing recipe. Can Papa Lau teach how to cook steam chicken with dried lily buds & cloud fungus. I tried few times this dish but just not yummy. Thank you.
My mom made this dish and chicken ginger soup for a month after I gave birth. Love this food. Thank you and your dad for showing us delicious traditional Chinese recipe
Just saw this simple yummy recipe which I love to bits. Can Papa Lau teach how to cook steam chicken with dried Lily buds & cloud fungus. I tried few times but just not yummy. Would appreciate if papa can teach. Thank you very much.
It came out tops! So simple yet so satisfying, leftover sushi rice, sliced lap cheong, lots of scallion and ginger, white pepper. No need for garlic and soy sauce! Thanks Uncle Lau! Well done on this family video format too. No noisy background music to distract the cooking! I'd love to hear more about your family story as follow up on the podcast interview. Thank you
I've made this sooo many time and along the way there are times when i don't have chicken so i skipped it (added bouillon powder to compensate) , and when I'm too lazy to mince so i just blend the ginger. All of those time still turns out absolutely great and filling! This recipe is honestly life changing!
Dear Chef Your are amazing and my favourite Chef. Love all your recipes. The ending tune that you played on your flute, I heard it all the time during my childhood. Brings back sweet memories. Wish I knew where to find it. Wishing you and your family lots of good health, stay blessed, and keep amazing us with your recipes and most importantly all the tips that are shared during meal times. I love those moments best. Love from Singapore ❤️
I’ve watched quite a lot of your videos and have to say your dad is very talented. I like how all the recipes are broken down and the explanations are so thorough. Looking forward to making a number of your dad’s recipes as soon as my wife and I get to the Asian market. Awesome channel!
Thank you to Uncle Lau for your excellent recipe. During prep looking at the huge pile of chopped ginger my wife said., "wow that's a lot". After I made it my wife said "This is the best fried rice you ever made". (OK I confess I peeled the ginger. Please dont tell Uncle Lau that part)
Haha we won't tell dad 🤫 Yay so happy to hear she loved it! That's what we thought the first time we cooked it! Couldn't believe it used that much. After we thought... maybe we should use even more 😆
I tried this and so far it's the best fried rice I've ever had. I love cooking healthy dish that doesn't require too much meat. Thank you for this recipe!
I’m a Singaporean Cantonese, so enjoy watching your video and love to hear your dad speaking and explaining his cooking. Oh yes also like to see your little cutie babe!
watching your dad chop makes me want to get a cleaver IMMEDIATELY!! so satisfying to watch! can you make a video on papa lau’s kitchen equipment must haves please? 🙏
Yes! Great idea! We've been meaning to do a video like that - I feel like those are some of the fundamental things we need to know to pass down to the next generations!
You should definitely invest in that Chinese chefs knife! It’s not technically a cleaver, although it’s a popular misnomer, since a cleaver is much thicker and heavier duty, this knife is a lot thinner for more finesse and ease of use for most preparations of ingredients, if I’m not mistaken papa Lau is using a “dexter Russell” branded Chinese chefs knife, either the s5198 or 08040 model, both will serve the same purpose and are awesomely priced at around 30 bucks, try it out!
This is a powerful, yet simple recipe. This is another example of how we can economically feed ourselves by following easy recipes and very healthy food like this. I will definitely be trying this one! Maybe with a bit less oil, since I too will be using no-stick cookware. For all you bachelors out there who are tired of eating your culinary experiments, you should be following this channel and others like it (Helen's Recipes is another excellent one). If you prepare food like this for your dates, you won't be a bachelor for long! Trust me!
Great recipe. Love the techniques and the family style approach. One critique, it appeared he cut the ginger and green onion right where the raw chicken was cut. Most people would know, but what if a viewer copied this and saved some of the green onion for garnish later? Might get salmonella.
Ah great tip to point out! Thanks so much for taking the time to share it here AngelFam!! Appreciate you watching and can't wait to share many more recipes with you ❤️
I'm from Tamil Nadu (in the South of India). We have a pungently sweet pudding called "Lehiyam" made from a few black peppercorns, heavy amounts of coriander seeds, cumin, ginger, ghee (clarified butter) and jaggery. It's not the best thing, but my parents make me eat it during festivals or special occasions. The ingredients in that pudding make digestion easier for the stomach, and the pepper and ginger help pregnant or new mums get over nausea and upset stomachs.

I have recently decided I LOVE ginger. I had only had ginger lollies/sweets before and I hated them. But I had a Thai dish that needed fresh ginger, I bought some and fell in love, now I use it nearly every day, I intentionally look up Thai recipes that use ginger just so I can eat it 😋
I am so admire your dad ‘s cooking skill. He always shows us many delicious food, but besides that I would like to let you know that I also love both of you the flute skill “Chasing the moon” Thank you.
Im really looking forward to trying this because I always learned that you had to use day-old cooked rice. But one has to be careful or it all ends up stodgy. Fresh cooked well-washed rice when the grains are nicely separate must make a real difference. Thankyou!
Some of these recipes are really helpful to me. Havin ADHD I really struggled to prepare my lunches for the workweek, but these recipes are so easy and simple I've been finally eating right through the week and spending less in takeout
My favorite part of these videos are the discussions around the table while eating. I have learned so many details and every dish I have tried has worked out well because of these discussions.
wow i have been cooking fried rice for over 30 years and never heard of using ginger! And yet i have often eaten white chop chicken with a delicious dip of salty ginger and spring onion oil … doh. thanks for the great idea !

Awww thank you so much for your support Heidi! Our family really appreciates the love! Are there any recipes you want to see from us?
Uncle is just too good. His techniques are priceless.Thank you
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties against arthritis. After waking up in the
mornings with stiff hands, I researched ways to heal my body without using modern meds and its side effects. Thk u for informing us we don't need to peel the skin off.
Thank you for sharing Josie! That's great to hear that ginger is so helpful for your arthritis.
I tweaked it a little bit with
the addition roasted sesame seed oil, fresh garlic and sweet onions, carrots, sweet snap peas, garlic powder, onion powder.
I love this sweet family! My heart just melts when grandpa holds that baby!😍
YUMMY! Thank you
You're father is so sweet! Offers to carry the baby so his daughter in law can eat freely and telling you to eat the rest....
🥰🙇🏻♂️🙇🏻♀️ We love him so much!
Great video! But isn’t fried rice suppose to be made with overnight rice?
Fantastic recipe, easy to make. I did this and doubled the recipe to feed 5 people. So simple I got the ingredients ready then played the TH-cam video on my tv (which I could see from my kitchen), I paused each section while I followed along and did each part. It tasted great, the whole family loved it. Thank you so much for a great channel and great food.
gifted to have grandpa/grandma in the the house..so very helpful like this family👍
🥰 Such a blessing to be able to spend so much time together.
Thank you
I have a big family and i will use these recipes .
i love the love your father cooks with. In our house we will call him grandpa Lau if thats ok. lol
Thank you again
I love how you've demonstrated the Asian way of cooking that depends on intuition and relies on the senses. Such a contrast to the Western approach with its rigid list of ingredients and precise measurements.
And sometimes that rigid list of ingredients and precise measurements aren't as we expected
Wooowwww 🙇🏻♂️🙇🏻♀️ That's so awesome to hear! We hope you never get tired of it!
@@MadeWithLau oh we won't. ♥ Thank you so much for all the wonderful recipes and videos!
Lau explain that you can be creative with the dish, only need ginger, egg and rice 😊
I cooked this fried rice so often as well 😍, i subs the salt with musroom stocks since i prefer it more into bland side so i can eat it with other side dishes 😊
And how high is the stove when frying the rice?
i love the part where you say "he is also the one playing the flute right now"...so OG
Big baus. Hong doy yau cheen lau 😎 Thanks for your support gah jeh!
Amazing human, clearly hes a simple happyman... can’t say much about his wife though
It’s the postpartum love for me 🥲❤️ beautiful, my new fav channel on YT
I love your Dad's recipes. I also love it when you and your wife are with your parents and talk about food and family. Best of luck to you all!
I eat this when I got my covid and got me heal quick
I saw this recipe on your channel over a year ago and it’s become part of our regular rotation. Some of the best fried rice I’ve ever had. Everyone I’ve made it for lives it. I love the simplicity, that it doesn’t even use soy sauce. Very soothing and comforting. Thank you so much!
So lucky to hv dad who’s an excellent cook. Ginger egg rice my fav, thanks for sharing recipe. Can Papa Lau teach how to cook steam chicken with dried lily buds & cloud fungus. I tried few times this dish but just not yummy. Thank you.
Thank you so much!
My mom made this dish and chicken ginger soup for a month after I gave birth. Love this food. Thank you and your dad for showing us delicious traditional Chinese recipe
So good right?! We had it all the time too after the birth of our son. Thanks so much for watching. We are happy to hear you enjoyed!
Who doesn’t love fried rice!! Making this one tomorrow. My toddler is going to love it!
Thanks for your support Miguel! I guarantee it'll be a hit!
Thank you for sharing your father’s recipe. I’m going to make it for my little guy who asked for fried rice today.
Thanks for watching Connie! Let us know how it turns out for your family ❤️❤️❤️
I just made this thanks to your lovely video. I added lots of garlic, some diced carrots and a splash of soy sauce. It is absolutely delicious 😋
Grandpa seems so gentle and kind , reminds me of my zufu ❤️
Just saw this simple yummy recipe which I love to bits. Can Papa Lau teach how to cook steam chicken with dried Lily buds & cloud fungus. I tried few times but just not yummy. Would appreciate if papa can teach. Thank you very much.
Ooo that's a great one! I will add it to our list :) Thanks for the suggestion!
Thank you
you are so lucky to have a chef dad!! this food looks AMAAAAZING and so healthy too mmm
we sure are lucky! good food for life! thank you for the love
I've made this sooo many time and along the way there are times when i don't have chicken so i skipped it (added bouillon powder to compensate) , and when I'm too lazy to mince so i just blend the ginger. All of those time still turns out absolutely great and filling! This recipe is honestly life changing!
replicated already, and very happy with the result. respect Chef Lau!
Dear Chef
Your are amazing and my favourite Chef.
Ginger is a must during confinement. This recipe looks great! Beautifully shot video as well.
Thanks for your support David! We really appreciate the love ❤️
Wow the mother's English is really good for her generation of Cantonese speakers! 👍
I’ve watched quite a lot of your videos and have to say your dad is very talented. I like how all the recipes are broken down and the explanations are so thorough. Looking forward to making a number of your dad’s recipes as soon as my wife and I get to the Asian market. Awesome channel!
Damn this is such a wholesome experience. We always feel like part of the family with our spot on the table :)
After we thought... maybe we should use even more 😆
Love your recipes!! They always come out amazing- can’t wait to try this one!
THANKS CAROLYN! Let us know how it turns out for you!
No soy sauce no complicated ingredients. I love this recipe for its simplicity and authenticity. Great video!
Love the simplicity of this recipe. More flute solos please.
Thanks Amy! We’re gonna pivot to just all flute videos 😎
I tried this and so far it's the best fried rice I've ever had. I love cooking healthy dish that doesn't require too much meat. Thank you for this recipe!
Looks delicious, can't wait to make it!!! The Mapo Tofu came out perfectly, thank you!
Thanks for the love Ed! Our family really appreciates it 🙏🙏
It’s so blessed to have both supportive & helpful parents at home
This looks delicious, looking forward to trying this!
Thanks Oleg! Hope you and Amy like it! Let us know how it turns out :)
כל הכבוד לך אדוני על המתכונים הנפלאים שלך תודה רבה לך מכל הלב.
I’ve heard the left over rice water is great for watering plants
It really works. Pasta water too
I’m a Singaporean Cantonese, so enjoy watching your video and love to hear your dad speaking and explaining his cooking. Oh yes also like to see your little cutie babe!
Thank you so much! We are so grateful that you found our channel, and we can’t wait to continue sharing many more recipes with you! ❤️
watching your dad chop makes me want to get a cleaver IMMEDIATELY!! so satisfying to watch! can you make a video on papa lau’s kitchen equipment must haves please? 🙏
Yes!
Just made this today -it’s a keeper! So freaking delicious I can’t stop eating it! Thank you for sharing!
So delicious! Papa Lau is such a star! And cam! :)
Awww thanks Viv! We really appreciate the support :)
The ingredients in that pudding make digestion easier for the stomach, and the pepper and ginger help pregnant or new mums get over nausea and upset stomachs.
just like the one my HK mom makes for me at home
We are so lucky to eat this dish! Wish more people knew about it haha.
Uncle is too good!
The thought of making videos of this expert cooking is great and it will be preserved for ages!
My mom would make yam and ginger “soup” and sweeten with rock sugar when we got sick, for the same reason 8)
Oh yum! What a special dish for her to make for you! These comfort foods from our parents when we are sick are dishes we will never forget 🥰
Hearing Grandpa Daddy Lau speaking Cantonese as he cooks is so comforting! Thank you! I love ginger egg fried rice!
korean : everything with garlic
chinese: everything with ginger
japanese: everything with soysauce
italian: everything with tomato sauce
french: everything with white sauce
I have recently decided I LOVE ginger. I had only had ginger lollies/sweets before and I hated them. But I had a Thai dish that needed fresh ginger, I bought some and fell in love, now I use it nearly every day, I intentionally look up Thai recipes that use ginger just so I can eat it 😋
I feel like Uncle Roger would have nothing but good things to say about this.
Ahaha I hope so! Thanks for the love!
Not really. That wok never even looks remotely hot.
@@andrews1001 Aii Yahh like you could do better
I did the fried rice but mine usually moist and glued together despite putting lesser water.
Uncle Roger would have used MSG and day old rice.... "haiyaaa"
I am so admire your dad ‘s cooking skill. He always shows us many delicious food, but besides that I would like to let you know that I also love both of you the flute skill “Chasing the moon” Thank you.
This is a basic ginger fried rice, although IMO it’s missing one important ingredient, sesame oil!
Thanks for the suggestion! Will have to try that!
Im really looking forward to trying this because I always learned that you had to use day-old cooked rice. But one has to be careful or it all ends up stodgy. Fresh cooked well-washed rice when the grains are nicely separate must make a real difference. Thankyou!
Garlic has also anti-inflammatory properties. So how about garlic fried rice?
Also a great recipe! We'll have to do that soon!
tried it and its yummy. here in the philippines we use garlic. so when i saw this recipe, tried it and it tasted good!!!!!!! thanks a lot!!!!!!
劉大師傅,又見面,真開心, 多謝🙏🏽
