Marie you just reminded me of my first day on the road which was last year lol. 😂😂 You can imagine I'm short and tiny so I had to adjust my seat and pull it forward before driving. I had enrolled into a great driving school which had the best trainers so everything was super smooth. I know you'll be a pro like your hubby. 😊 He's a good teacher and you're a great student. Little Mickey minding his own business at the back seat. 😁
I don't know about USA but in Austria it is illegal to drive barefeet, and if something happens insurance will not pay. And also its best to practise with shoes (comfortable, preferably sneakers)so as to have a better grip. You got this dear 💪🏾
I feel you, my husband was my driving teacher too and I wouldn't want a repeat of that, he would yell at me and I would feel like leaving him the car in the middle of the road.
Your hubby is so polite with you mine can’t even allow me to record, it’s a matter of life and death there’s no time for content and that’s why we decided I just go to the driving school and he teaches me when am not going to the driving school and so far so good but my phone is never on while am driving that’s the rule lol!
It was my husband who taught me the driving rules and signs in Canada, l already knew how to drive so it was easy. All l needed to know was to be familiar with the road signs and driving rules. You will do it Marie, but l must tell you that you both need a lot of patience. Love conquers all ❤❤❤❤❤
When I started driving, I too removed my shoes and my mother asked me to live them on. I refused and all she said was if you get in an accident your toes will be squashed. I did not argue anymore as I was set to learn how to drive.
I paid for a driving school. Got my license then I was too nervous for a year.I bought a car still did not drive. Its been 3 months now driving by myself. I'm still a little nervous but I can take myself to work and get gas and groceries. I still drive with no shoe😅
Kudos to you! At this point I have no luxury of time haha I need to be on the road because so many things are at stake. I feel like I will also be the no shoe driver
You will be okay. You have a good husband teaching you well.confidence is all that matters.Anxiety is the big thing you have to fight, drive slowly. @adventuresofmarie
You did GREAT!!!! N I love that your husband is very calm n patient
Thank you.

Awww bless your husband. Yes patience is key
I was taught driving by my husband and that was the best decision ever. I am a competent driver to say the list. Later he said I was better than him.
I can’t wait for my husband to say I am better than him😁😂the student gets better than the teacher

There should be a button on the side of the driving seat that can raise the seat!!

Leave your heals on and keep your eyes focused on the road and not your heals.
