We could see workhouses again with the way that politicians support the banks and corporations and how the western right wing govts have been chipping away at the social safety net, freezing minimum wage and supporting free trade. Once again greed has power and money is more important than people! Requests for the inadequate social services of today are often being refused. Wages don;t cover the cost of living today. There is more contempt towards each other in society and apathy at best.
Republicans are all about creating incentives, like utter terror as you look over a giant chasm and the urge to run away. A horrific social system, these greedy fools are going to wreck society.
