Hello! this is a nice video but I have a question tho
the left earbud doesn't work when I take it outside of the case
I charged it, and it still doesn't work, I tapped on it, and still didn't work

It's a possibility that the bud is either damaged or not synced. My suggestion is to hold the touch button for about 10 seconds to see if it powers on. If it still has the problem and won't charge in the case it's probably defective. Unfortunately as a small time reviewer this happens to me all the time with products. I'll try to and see if I can figure out a solution when I get home from work.I still have the buds in the closet
