Hi Eden, you are on the other side of the world but we are gardening exactly the same way! We’ve recently found an endless free source of woodchips which has made a huge difference to us. We also have hens which in my opinion are the best thing I ever did to improve our soil. Your garden is lovely with all the French marigolds. Vertical growing is definitely the way to go when space is limited, our plot is small so I grow up as much as possible.😁
