There’s something that has to do with cells being the essence of life, and blood often symbolizes life. Honestly, that’s kinda crazy. Good job, brother!
Well, The Beheaded was never a hero and even the game tells you that the only true "hero" is the Giant. Time Keeper helps with resetting time with the Malaise but she doesn't really care anymore because you are the one who created a Paradox. HOTK doesn't know that the Beheaded is the King and he never listened to the Giant. Collector got crazy after drinking the Panacea. Gardener died and became Scarecrow and Queen doesn't know that the Malaise already reached other islands. Giant is the only one who actually knew that the King had to do something to save his people, but the King was selfish and "killed" him. When Giant came back to life, you can clearly see that he was the one who tried to help but never did it successfully. As for this theory, this makes sense even though the Panacea is actually working and doing pretty well.
I didn't need to rationalize the "unnecessary" killing of every thing that ever so closely moves, but hey! Now I can use this info if I were asked "why would you kill these guys?!?!". Thanks man :D
Also, this suggests that the beheaded is colourblind.
With that weird eye, I wouldn't be surprised.

Thanks. Glad you enjoyed.
