i have a tip for you all: i already do pilates and yoga, and i love it. if you are on a budget just do it at home, with youtube videos. i've been doing so for years and it works! also, learning a new language is literally what i'm doing at my university 💗💖
Love this video! The little things we do in between basic "maintenance mode" activities are what add spice to life and help us live in the moment. I'd really like to push myself to live more seasonally and in a more sensory way, focusing on music, scents, taste, etc. It's hard to slow down and indulge in life but so worth it.

These are all very good hobbies to have . I know of someone who started there own business with there hobby. I love to read , sketch , nature hikes and choreograph dances . There is a lot to be said about creativity and femininity. Unfortunately these days it challenging to get back to that .
A lot of these ideas are popular and not seen as an older generation thing! Not everyone is good at art even if they do it daily, its meant for a rare few. But sure if done w intention it can serve a purpose of some sort! These hobbies are good for those w the inclination and talent for it! These are all stuff always been interested in but .... no good at it!
The Selection sounds like a gem, thank youu 🫶🏼 Learning is absolutely my hobby, via books, videos, podcasts… but scrapbooking is one I want to add in 💕
