I got the Tamron 3 years back. And never regretted it I use it for my football pictures. It comes out beautifully.

Love these kind of videos Lee. Not everybody can buy the latest and greatest but that doesn't mean you can't still take nice images with a small budget 👍

Awesome video as usual. I just want to thank you for posting these Pentax videos, they have honestly changed my photography! Watching your videos have enabled me get a pro setup on some sort of budget. I already has a pentax k 1000 and an entry level Nikon DSLR, but after the information and reviews you have done it gave me the idea of getting a second hand K1 so I can use all the vintage lenses I have from the K1000 and ditch the Nikon. Honestly it has saved me a tone of money with out losing out on quality. Thank you man, keep up the great work. 👍✌️

I have the older Tamron 75-300 lens that I bought new in 2005 . In the reviews the lens was panned because it does not get sharp until F11 . The reviews were used on non IBIS cameras. The lens works fine on my K 70 with the InBody Stabilization. It makes a bad lens into a good lens

mic sounds great to me. And wow, for under $50 these are all great values. Some nice images there at the end!

Hi Lee. Interesting comparison. Nice to know that these are FF lenses so you are actually getting 450mm because of the 1.5 crop factor of the apsc sensor.

@leehaze1 I think the Pentax has some haze of it's own. Shine a bright light through it and look for haze, fog, fungus and oil. The last one of these I had, had haze. Check out the old 80-320 Pentax lens, if you find a good deal.

    Thanks for your video.
May I ask which lens you used to take those photos at the end of the video?
