So far I have received the automated response that they will get back to me as soon as possible, they have been receiving emails more than usual so please be patient. We will see how long it takes for them to respond.
I love Hobbi, they always ship so beautifully! I have only ordered twice but I have seen a lot of unboxings and I am always blown away by the standards for quality. Joanns I have unfortunately had terrible experiences with, despite loving their yarn. They love to ship like you said, little bit by little bit over a long time, then when they arrive about half the time I have issues with the way things we packaged. I had one box full of what I can only assume was floral department debris ( it was like yard clippings and little sticks and stuff), all mixed into the fibers of my yarn! Like what am I supposed to do with this? Oh! And canceling items, anytime I do a big order I ALWAYS have stuff canceled in my Joanns orders. They really need to work on their online system.
Yes girl! Exactly !! Their standards used to be really good and not so much anymore, especially since they filed bankruptcy. I order alot from Herrschners when they have really good sales and free or cheap shipping and have always had good experiences. Only had one thing canceled due to no fault of their own, it just didn't come back in stock. I wish we had more options that didn't cost an arm and a leg
Condition of that yarn would have upset anyone 😢 passionknit Kelsey often gets yarn like that from Joann too. Someone needs training as you said. However beautiful yarn colours from all ❤

Joann’s is so messed up! They have left things off of most of my orders. They just send what they want I think. Oh my goodness the mess in that bag should never have been sent to you! No way was that done in shipping. That was put in there like that for sure. Give them a *** chewing! They need to do something to the store that shipped those crappy things to you. What store in Ohio may I ask? They better do more than refund your money. Hope your days get better sweetheart❤❤❤
Hey girl ❤, I'm not sure if they shipped them from a store or a fulfillment center in Ohio, and weirdly one bag had one from there and them I think the next day they shipped 2 in another bag from the same place ... but they were all in the same order. Makes absolutely no sense. I'll send you a picture of the label. I did send the email and got the automated response they have received my inquiry and to be patient and someone will respond as soon as possible because they have been receiving an unusually high amount of emails. I can see why with this kinda mess going on. I will definitely keep you posted as to when they respond back and how they handle the situation. I hope they decide to provide some additional training for those people in the shipping depts
The government of the country we have know as Turkey has requested that the spelling be corrected. The U.N. has done so, and the preferred, correct spelling is Türkiye. :)

I have a feeling alot of people are getting yarn shipments like this from Joann's, I honestly do believe they are not training properly is the problem
