none of the Juries of Malta gave Albania as their favorite, but the juries ranking were all over the place so i don't understand what happened there

hold on so for the jury vote from Malta
Albania and Switzerland are tied for first with both having an average of 10
and one jury member ranked Switzerland first while nobody ranked Albania first
so wouldn't that mean the 12 points are supposed to go to Switzerland?
unless that's not actually the rule and the points just go to the country that's performing earlier in the running order

hold on again I think the math is wrong because when you average the jury rankings it doesn't match what is shown here

ok so here's what I calculated using average jury ranks (highest individual score as tiebreaker)
12 Greece
10 Sweden
8 Switzerland
7 Albania
6 Ukraine
5 Cyprus
4 Italy
3 Portugal
2 France
1 Azerbaijan
so my logical conclusion is that either the math is wrong or the system they're using is different from what I think it is lemme calculate the results using the old system where it's not the average and instead the juries just give points 1-12
